Welcome to the Romeo holiday flat, your ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday in Freiburg im Breisgau! Our centrally yet quietly located 22 m² holiday flat is in a modern new building and offers everything you need for a cosy stay for two. The charming bedroom/living room is equipped with every comfort and invites you to relax. The well-equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to conjure up your favourite dishes and the modern bathroom rounds off the offer.

Please note that this is a non-smoking flat, smoking is only permitted in front of the house. Our holiday flat boasts an excellent location: you can reach the main railway station in just 10 minutes on foot and we are also easily accessible by car via the feeder road. There is a tram stop just around the corner, which will take you quickly to Freiburg's most popular sights, such as the imposing cathedral, the historic city theatre and the many museums. In the immediate vicinity you will find the popular Mariotti ice cream parlour, numerous restaurants and the idyllic river, which invite you to take a leisurely stroll.

The Romeo holiday flat is the perfect starting point for long hikes in the Black Forest, exciting bike tours along the Kaiserstuhl or relaxed city tours.

You can also park free of charge throughout the neighbourhood, making your stay even more convenient. A maximum of one pet is allowed for a fee. The newly renovated accommodation is located in a residential building. Please be considerate of the tenants. There is a kindergarten on the ground floor of the building. This property has guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly - further information is available on site. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Freiburg. The studio apartment was warm, which made it difficult for sleeping and the Internet service was sporadic. A lovely place to stay, quiet neighborhood, comfortable accommodations.

The room was as described. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was great. Walking distance to the old town, which was very convenient. The owner communicated well and was very helpful. I was fortunate to be able to par in one of the two available parking spaces. During the day, it is also possible to park in the neighborhood. But if you arrive later in the evening, you might have a hard time finding a parking space.

im Gesamtpaket betrachtet war die Ferienwohnung voll OK. Was wir vermisst haben sind Gardinen an den Fenster: sobald man den Rollladen öffnet, fühlt man sich wie in einem Schaufenster. Ein Fernseher wäre auch nicht schlecht. Alles andere war top.
