This place used to be nice but now it’s a dump .. they don’t even clean the pool & expect you to swim in there with bottles and all different type of harmful stuff . No wash clothes just a towel giving that you have to keep until you leave . I do not recommend staying here , I stayed up my last night here waiting for my flight in the morning just because I couldn’t take it here nomore ! DIRTY

They initially gave me the wrong room, as I had reserved a Superior King but was assigned a room with two double beds. Thankfully, the front desk staff was very friendly and quickly resolved the issue. The rooms are a bit dated, but overall, the property is very enjoyable. The buffet food is decent with a good selection. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the pool area is also very nice. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay despite the initial room mix-up.

Mold all-over the apt staff just das not care not very hospitable A poor kid singing 100 year old songs they will definitely not come back to this resort the beach has rocks I don't think this resort will.last for long Same food everyday at the buffet limited choices rice beans rice been sausages rice beans chicken beef stew that's it don expect sb Anything else if ur in diet roof was leaking evrytime It rained 🌧 they don't seem to fix it I don't know where is the health dept witch alley them to operate food on those conditions we where a party of 6 ppl we never complain this was bad period !!!!!!!

Everything was great at the hotel. The only issue we encountered was during check-in, where there was a payment problem. I presented my receipts and confirmation, but it felt like the staff wasn't making much effort to resolve the issue. Fortunately, I was able to contact Expedia directly to sort it out. In my opinion, the staff should have reached out to Expedia first since I had already shown proof. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful.

I had a wonderful vacation and I wonder if you have like a families deal same as the one on the resorts. My room was cleaned towel change when asked, people smiling, food really good. Sailing was kind of Bz this time I have visited the resort, the staff assigned at scheduling of sailing or even kayaking was not that welcoming. I suggest that after reviewing and noticing that plenty was scheduled , that they could plan ahead and add for more driver for sailing to accomodate the rest. When we approached the house to check on the kayak , they asked for the room number. Maybe next time they can be more informative to say before hand that room number or band number will help a lot

Extremely poor and unacceptable experience – cockroaches, mold, and unsanitary conditions I strongly recommend that other guests think twice before staying at this hotel. Our experience was completely unacceptable. During our stay, we discovered cockroaches in both rooms we had booked. We immediately reported the problem to the hotel, but nothing was done. We were told that something would be done about it, but there was no effective response or action during our stay. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and had a significant amount of mold. The mattresses were also in very poor and unhygienic condition, with visible mold and fungus. We have attached photographs documenting these conditions. We contacted the hotel’s main office and submitted a detailed complaint. We were eventually told that they would disinfect and treat the two rooms and that they appreciated us bringing the situation to their attention. However, this does not change the fact that we had to stay in these unacceptable conditions and that nothing was done while we were actually staying at the hotel. This is not a matter of a hotel simply needing renovation. These are serious hygiene and health concerns. It is extremely difficult and uncomfortable to sleep in a room where there are cockroaches, mold, and visibly dirty mattresses. I am posting this review to warn other travelers. Please look carefully at the photos attached before deciding to stay here. No guest should have to sleep in conditions like thes

We had a great stay at Viva Fortuna Beach. The food was tasty, and while the selection isn’t as extensive as some higher-end resorts (don’t expect lobster or shrimp every day), everything that was available was well prepared and flavorful. One thing to keep in mind is that check-in can take a little longer because many guests often arrive at the same time, so the lobby gets quite busy. However, the staff does their best to keep the process moving as efficiently as possible. The service was excellent, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The entertainment team deserves special recognition—they organized plenty of fun activities throughout the day and evening, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The rooms were clean and well maintained. They are not modern or luxurious, but they are comfortable and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Overall, this is a great value for the money. If you’re looking for a fun, relaxing vacation with good food, friendly service, and lots of entertainment, I would definitely recommend it and would happily come back.

The property is well kept the beach is amazing but the staff needs more customer care and courtesy the only people who made our stay worthwhile were 3 bartenders Denaro, Jhaim and Ralph the night shows are not entertaining the entertainment staff is only courteous towards certain customers and the app doesn’t work and it doesn’t have any updated information about the activities we weren’t unable to visit any restaurant but the buffet which actually wasn’t as bad as other people had said unfortunately when food runs out they either don’t replace it or it takes like 20 minutes for the food to be replaced at the buffet you have to help yourself to everything one day we were putting our tables together since nobody helps you sitting or setting up and a server yelled at me for setting up the tables only because that day a supervisor was on site mind you the supervisor was only there to enjoy himself because he wasn’t paying attention to anything that was happening in any area we happened to encounter him he was always on his phone while the staff tried to pretend to be working lastly if you get pool towels keep them until the end as there is never clean towels available so if you are expecting to get clean ones you will end up with none this applies to the room cleaning as well which only happened 2 during my stay and out of 2 beds only 1 was made and I was left with 2 towels for 4 people the hotel is well for families but they should work on their staff customer service

Definitely not what we were expecting but the staff was great. If I were them I would put everything available, processes, events and meal times and how to reserve the other restaurants information on every wall in every room. Because we were not told everything that was available or how to do them when we checked in. And then by the time we found out this information everything was booked or not available. And even though it says all inclusive. They don't have much to offer especially when it's a windy time while there. But otherwise I made the best of our time there. Remember ask every question when you check in and get detailed information. O ya and they close the pool and jacuzzi at 8 pm every night

The food was very bland and the drinks appeared to be very watered down unless people were getting shots of the straight alcohol alcohol product. In our room there was mold growing in the bathroom. I don’t believe our floors were mopped the entire time we were there. We had to leave a wet hand towel by our bed to wipe our feet off to get in, and the towels were always black when we would wipe our feet off to get in the beds. On the balcony, the whole eve above the balcony was rotted and falling onto the porch. We were never told we needed to schedule specialty dining, and when we went to the desk to do it, they told us it was all booked for the week and we should’ve done it before we arrived. Just not very helpful and we definitely won’t be back.
