Amazing, Brand New 4 bedroom/3 bathroom beach house with with a 2 minute walk to the beach! This house is located on the beach side of the highway and has a shared walkover to access the beach steps from the house. The Mahi Mahi is a brand new build and so much thought has been poured into this home. The house is a little over 2100 square feet and the layout of the house has been designed to accompany up to 18 guests but still feel like there is a lot of space. The Mahi Mahi has an open concept downstairs opening up to the dining room, kitchen, dining room and a little sitting nook. The furnishings not just in this part of the house but along with the rest of the house have been thoughtfully picked out to not only provide comfort, but also to feel like you are in the perfect beach house. The living room has a LoveSactional along with a LoveSac Bean Bag for the perfect lounging space and the home also has a custom, 12 seater, solid wood dining room table so that everyone can enjoy meals together. This doesn't include the 4 chair seating under the kitchen island! We have the highest wifi that you can get in the area and each room has a big screen TV for the time you want to relax while not at the beach! There is 1 bedroom downstairs with a queen size bed and another little reading nook for those of you who may want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everybody running around. 1 full bathroom connects the downstairs bedroom to the living room so that everybody is able to get full use. The Master Bedroom is upstairs and boasts vaulted ceiling with custom furnishings including a dresser, makeup vanity, 2 nightstands and a sideboard table with sliding doors for extra storage space. The master suite includes a master bathroom with a double vanity. A pocket door closes off the toilet/shower area for more privacy. The custom bunk room is amazing! I know many people don't like bunk beds because they are uncomfortable but with these, think again! I had these bunk beds custom made to hold two, big adults and the comfort of them is amazing. There are 2 sets of bunk beds (QUEEN over QUEEN with a FULL trundle pull out) that are combined with stairs going up the middle. We have all new, extremely comfortable mattresses in every bed in the house. The last bedroom has a queen size bed and a night stand and a custom, hand painted picture above the bed. The 2 balcony's are spectacular and boast 6 Adirondack chairs and 2 tables on each balcony. The views from the top deck are absolutely amazing. You can hear and see the ocean and it is just so peaceful! The downstairs has a metal fence encasing the whole property to put parents at ease. The outdoor shower provides the perfect spot to get all the excess sand off when coming in from the beach. This house will not disappoint! Come and relax and enjoy the perfect home.
