● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 12 guests must be approved prior to booking.
● Parking: There is room for 2 cars in front of the home and 1 car in front of the barn.
The main floor features a welcoming living room that flows seamlessly into the kitchen, creating a perfect space for gatherings. Three bedrooms on this level offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for all. One bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed, another features two king-size beds ideal for couples or families, and the third offers a king-size bed, along with a twin bunk bed set for additional guests.
Head downstairs to discover another bedroom perfect for the kids, featuring two sets of full-over-full bunk beds. This lower level also features a second living area with a big screen TV, perfect for movie nights. You`ll also find a bathroom, laundry facilities, and a couple of arcade games to keep everyone entertained.
But the real star of the show is the incredible barn next door, included in your rental! This fantastic space is a game room/fishing/game day haven with ping pong, a pool table, foosball, arcade games galore, and a big screen TV for watching the game.. Step outside the barn to enjoy your own private firepit, perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars. For the fishing enthusiasts, the barn even has its own private dock, ideal for casting a line and enjoying some quality time on the water.
Back at the house, unwind on the large porch overlooking the canal. House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the water. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
