"The flat itself was quite decent but the owner of the property was very not responsive. She gave us a wrong lockbox code to access the flat, we tried to call her quite a few times with no luck. We eventually found out one of the window was not completely shut so we managed to "break into" the property. The bathroom wasn't clean to normal standards and the shower did not have hot water on the first day so we had to waste good few hours in the morning to sort everything out "

"All of the staff that we met were extremely friendly and professional, however they appear to be severely understaffed. We regularly waited over 45 minutes for meals after ordering, also we caught the boat to the local beach and the bar there was shut due to staff shortages, this meant we spent 3 hours without anything to eat or drink. The location was very remote, which we knew before we booked. Taxis booked through the hotel were extremely expensive. We hired a car with Pete’s Taxis, excellent service and major savings."
