"Good, budget-friendly choice for a hotel. Other than a few minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom (fan and grout in bathroom), we enjoyed our stay. The here were always staff that were visible and present. Breakfast was always well-stocked and refilled and there were good choices. I also appreciated the woman working the kitchen/breakfast area refilling the food and cleaning the area this am. We left behind our cooler and she reached out and attempted to get in touch with us. "Everything was good, breakfast was excellent, pool was nice, small but clean and warm. Only complaint was the Sona wasn't what I expected. No steam. Just got warm. Not a true Sona."

"Granted, it was very busy with all the rooms in the immediate area being snatched up by the Big Boy steam train event, but the inability to have a working phone in the room for a wake up call is unacceptable. Not everyone always has a cell phone or remembers to carry a charger with them when they travel. (or forgets and leaves it in airplane mode) A working phone in a hotel room and dependable wake up calls is not too much to ask when a guest is paying their money to stay there."
