"Unfortunate situation. I was doing a cross country drive. I wanted to stop so I booked 2 days, last minute, through Expedia. I arrived just before midnight. The room is clean but the bed was hard as a rock. I couldn't sleep. I was up by 5:30 in the morning, checked out before 6:30am. "I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience warranted one. First, I want to recognize the overnight staff member. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. We booked a suite because we are a family of five.
