The Loft is situated on the renowned HWY Wine Road 290, within the Jenschke Orchards and Cellars property. It’s within walking distance of Leroy's Tex Mex BBQ and Fredericksburg Trade Days Flea market! Additionally, it offers convenient access to all the fantastic wineries and breweries along HWY 290. Just a quick 13 min drive to Marktplatz von Fredericksburg (Downtown Fredericksburg).
- Note: you are close to the highway, you will or could hear highway noise. There may also be noise from the businesses on the property, please be aware. Jenschke Cellars closes at 8 PM, Jenschke Orchards closes at 5 PM and Leroy's Tex Mex Bbq closes at 4PM (Wed & Thurs) and 8 PM (Fri - Sun).
Other Things to Note:
- This property is suitable for children and infants under the age of 2 years old. Only 1 child max is allowed due to sleeping arrangements. Please note that there is no extra bed available, parents must bring their own pack-n-play or have the child sleep in the bed with them. The loft is not child-proofed and features stairs, so please exercise caution and ensure the child is supervised at all times. We are not responsible for any injuries.
- This property is not pet-friendly.
- Must climb stairs: this property is on the 2nd floor of Jenschke Cellars, and there are approximately 13-15 steps leading up to the front door of The Loft (as shown in the photos). There are also 5 steps inside the loft going towards the bedroom area (as shown in the photos).
- NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
