Booked this home ahead of Christmas for a weekend family trip and it was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, very clean, and inviting. Host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Would definitely book again next time we visit.

We enjoyed family time with our kids and grandkids. This house was perfect for our group. We loved having king beds and the showers were amazing! We loved the huge closet with makeup vanities and enjoyed the hot tub!

The house was beautiful. The pictures did not do it justice. It was very clean, spacious and up-to-date. I would go back and stay again and will recommend this place to anyone.

5 of us gathered for a girls weekend here! It was more then what the pictures showed, it was huge for us all to spread out and not step on each other toes. It was spacious and colorful! We enjoyed sitting out by the firepit even though we did not start it because it was warm outside, we moved over to the patio furniture on the back porch. This place was very close to the main street. We did have a couple of questions and the host was able to answer those right away. I would go back and stay at this place again!

The house was actually better than I had expected (more room than I realized in the pictures). It was very open inside which is great for little kids. 2 bedrooms and one bath being on the opposite side of the house form the master and bunk bed room was great because we got to spread out and bedtime was easier for the baby. The backyard is huge with plenty of seating and grass for the kids to play in (the cornhole boards were a nice surprise). The hot tub was clean and we really enjoyed it. We did have a couple of questions and the host responded immediately and was a great help. I plan on staying here every trip to Fredericksburg!
