Important Information & House Rules
Connectivity: Business-class Comcast WiFi is provided for our guests' convenience.
Booking: You will receive a link to complete our rental agreement and security deposit hold. This must be completed within 48 hours of booking.
No Smoking / No Pets: This is a strict no smoking and no pet property. A minimum $250 fee plus cleaning costs will be charged if evidence is found.
No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties, events, or unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. Exceeding the occupancy limit will result in the immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your stay.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors. Per city ordinance, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Noise complaints may lead to police fines and termination of your stay.
Security: For your security, exterior cameras are located at the front and back doors. Do not alter wiring or obstruct any electronic equipment.
Prohibited Items: No open flames, fireworks, illegal substances, or underage drinking are allowed on the property.
