The home has an open concept and flows from room to room with plenty of natural light. New decor and furniture which was carefully selected to highlight many aspects of the original home design like the original trim work, hardwood floors and doors; a modern kitchen and appliances offer the comfort you deserve when traveling.

A well-appointed two-story private single-family home with limited parking for 2 vehicles in the designated parking area located in the back parking lot, along with an electric vehicle charger onsite.

In need of more space?
Check out Patty’s Place, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment just next door and also managed by Chris and Emily. Combined, both properties sleep up to 12 people.

Very well executed VRBO house - well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, nice TVs, games, black-out shades, parking right out the back door, good house and area guide, very clean throughout, very comfortable beds, child gates on stairs, timely communication with hosts when we had questions. Things to note that may not be clear in the listing - downstairs bathroom is a half-bath (no shower or bathtub); while it is a single family house, there is really no yard to speak of; the house is embedded in a bit of a commercial district, on a somewhat busy road - that said, the house is tight and the road sound didn't bother us, and the road has a 25 mph speed limit, which helps. It felt safe. And, Waffle House is almost across the street, which was great for one of our breakfasts!

We were supposed to close on a house that got delayed and needed to find somewhere to stay. Logan's House what exactly what we needed. The beds are super comfortable and the pet art work made us smile. So grateful for these hosts and having a safe place to get us through a tough time!
