Charming stay and great location

Great location and cozy property. Easy to check in and has a parking spot. Do beware that there are a lot of stairs to climb in and out of the unit.

Penthouse view

Very clean, nice apartment. Nicely updated kitchen and bathroom. Everything we needed was provided. Street noise is a bit loud but that’s the toss up with being downtown. One bed is a full not a queen. Very quick responses from the owner.

Perfect get away weekend. Condo was clean, airy and had all of the amenities we needed. Easy waking distance to old town Frederick. Glad we had no problem with stairs.

As advertised!

Great location & super dog friendly. When not enjoying excellent food/drink in town the private rooftop deck is where we spent our time. Take note of the stairs. All the more reason to stay out or stay in.

Cute little place!

Definitely cute space for small groups. Be prepared for stairs at both the entry and exit, no elevator option. We had a small hiccup situation with the smart locks when checking in, host was very helpful and fast acting. Would also recommended having someone keep the hard keys nearby. Would absolutely stay again.

Great Location for Restaurants and Entertainment

This was my first time in Frederick and definitely not my last. A charming town with the friendliest and cleanest tourist areas in walking distance to the apartment. Pros: Parking space provided in the rear to not worry about parking and not paying for a parking spot. The rental unit was very modern with all the amenities like a cute small bag of shower supplies, bath towels. We did not have a dog, but the place encourages animals and definitely pet friendly. We took a walking tour the first day of our vacation. The streets have meters which is more expensive than the nearby parking lot. A well worth drive to a local Vinyard and a few covered bridges to take great pics. Cons: Why a lower star recommendation? Unfortunately the bedrooms are right next to the double yellow line street that maybe quieter on the weekends, but we did not sleep well at night. The final night I slept on the couch further away from my bedroom. Also, the apartment had only one parking spot. Luckily, there was parking on the street but fantastic location!

Great location within walking distance of all the restaurants and stores of Frederick! Loved sitting out on the balcony too. We managed to see fireworks both Saturday and Sunday from NYMeo Stadium!

The property was very clean and modern. We just had trouble with so many steps since my husband has terrible vertigo and I didn’t t know that. Also, we were able to keep the place cooler even on a hot humid day. Great location, safe area.

Great space

This space had everything we needed and was located close to downtown. The beds were comfortable. If you have an issue with stairs it is not the place for you. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, comfortable space

This is a perfect property for 2 friends visiting the area to attend Yarncentrik and the Maryland Sheep and Wool festival. The condo is newly renovated and nicely appointed, an easy walk into downtown Frederick for shopping and dining.

Exactly as Expected

Clean with comfortable beds. Property was where we hoped. We had a wonderful time and walked everywhere.Be aware the furniture is on the smaller side. Either that or I am on the larger side. :)

As a former resident of Frederick City, this condo is in a great location walkable to downtown Frederick where there is plenty of dining and shopping to enjoy. Condo was well kept and tidy with beautiful modern style. There are a good bit of stairs but overall not an issue for our family. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you!

Whole apartment, very close to center of Frederick

Super cute, uncluttered, fully equipped apartment. In an historic building, fully updated kitchen and bath. We could walk to lots of restaurants and bars, as well as cool shops of many kinds. Comfy beds! We'll rent again.

Quite lovely!

The property was lovely. Just as pictured. The host was very responsive throughout the booking, and check-in process. As others have mentioned, the intersection can be a bit busy, and noisy in the morning. The temp outside was in the 20 degree range, and the heat and hot water inside never got exceptionally warm.

Lovely little place near the heart of Frederick

We very much enjoyed being so near downtown Frederick and were easily able to walk into town to enjoy it's shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean and had nice amenities. Our only complaints, which were minor: -the cheap bed linens -the back/main stairs needed tending, though someone was looking into them and planning to address them while we were there -and the doors connecting the two rooms being the sliding barn type doors which meant there were big gaps around the doors, leading to limited privacy. But overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Very cute and comfy property! Fabulous location that is walkable to all the great eateries and shopping you could want! Only reason not 5 star is because the beds were not comfortable for us..mattresses were thin, too soft and springy for us..one is a queen the other is only a full size, not a queen…also, the road noise was pretty loud since the beds are right next to the wall by Market street, which is a main thoroughfare…overall, would return and recommend to people that don’t mind a lot of stairs!
