"The staff were incredibly helpful. I had an EV rental vehicle and needed to know where I could charge it. I was informed there was one right across the street. That was a huge relief since it was not only my first visit to the area, it was also my first EV rental car. This eased my mind and allowed me to concentrate on my business trip responsibilities. The hotel was very clean. They offer a basic breakfast buffet that I was not able to take advantage of until the morning I checked out. I enjoyed that too. "

"This is a convenient and nice place to stay when coming to the Surprise area. I visit my mother off and on and always stay there because it's spacious, convenient and reasonably priced. The staff is always nice. I have to add an anecdote here. The only elevator broke when I was visiting this time. It was fixed almost immediately. That's what I call maintaining a property. Can't recommend this place enough, especially if you're visiting someone in Peoria or Sun City. It costs a fortune to stay within their city limits."

"Cathy and Mike have outdone most with this beautifully remodeled Casita!The location was easy to access and not far off of a major thouroughfare making it easy to get to restaurants, and yet it was very quiet. We will stay again next time we visit the Pheonix area."
