「The free lounge was comfortable and the bath shower was great.」

「Personeel was top! Keuken is ook heel goed, heb 2 avonden heerlijk gegeten. Mijn bed was aan vervanging toe. Het kraakte bij elke beweging.」

「Molto parcheggio.

「The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful, offering me a sandwich as i arrived very late when the town was pretty much shut up for the night.」

「Great location; Enjoyed a delicious dinner with 4 Swiss friends in their restaurant. I suggest if this hot spell continues, they offer just a plain sheet on the bed, besides the quilts.」

「I had a little bit of trouble in getting the reservation number in a timelymanner, which was necessary to activate the Bern "welcome" card, which is different from the Expedia one. Butafter a couple of requests, I got it over a phone call, just before getting on a tram, so no problem after all, but maybe for some people it might be stressful to ask many times, so it might be better if you could provide the number more systematically (a friend who stayed at a different hotel received it...

「Top douche!

Good room and breakfast, but confusing access to the 5th floor I arrived after 3 p.m., so I understood that the reception desk was already unattended. However, my room was on the 5th floor, which was actually one floor above...

「We couldn't even check in: the automated system found our booking but said "Sorry your room isn't available". But we'd already paid + booked and gotten confirmation. It was about 10pm, and there was nobody at the property to talk to. Luckily a neighbor walking past knew the owner's phone number, and called him. He answered and was very friendly but said he wasn't nearby, and gave us the phone number of someone named "Jacqueline" who was supposed to be nearby and could help... but nobody answer...
