Each room has baseboard heaters with thermostats to allow for individual temperature control. The summer months are very mild so no AC is needed! Ceiling fans located in the bedrooms and living room

Bunk Space - Twin over twin bunk beds with new memory foam mattresses. Bunk space is located in open alcove adjacent to the main hallway and across from the second full bathroom. **NOT a room with a door, but semi-private space** Under bed clothes storage and luggage racks with reading lights located in each bunk.
Living Room/Dining Room - 55" Smart TV, pull out sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, bar seating with 4 bar stools, laundry closet, and patio access to private hot tub on second story balcony
Kitchen - Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, fridge with filtered water and beverage station, stocked kitchen including coffee maker, toaster, food processor, blender, panini press, Smore's maker, pots, pans, mixing bowls, bakeware, mixology set, measuring spoons/cups, 8 person dish set, glasses, wine/cocktail glasses, and coffee cups.
General: Free high high speed Wifi, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, washer/dryer with detergent and dryer sheets, cleaning products, broom, and vacuum
Parking: 2 parking spots included with unit. 1 heated garage space, 1 tandem space directly in front of garage, and 1 additional first come, first served guest spot. 3 cars max
Guest access
Guest will have access to the full unit including private garage and private hot tub. Entry instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to stay and will include door code and garage code.

Avoid the traffic and take the Winter Park Express
The Winter Park Express, through a partnership between Amtrak and Winter Park Resort, is a seasonal train between Denver Union Station and the doorstep of the ski resort. Travelers can take the Winter Park Express on weekends between January 12- 14 through March 29 - 31. Departures are each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. New for 2024 additional holiday services will be offered on Monday, Jan. 15 and Monday, Feb. 19, as well as two bonus Thursday round trips on March 14 & 21.Tickets for the 2024 Winter Park Express season are now on sale.
Travelers can customize their trip to ski or ride as many days as they’d like. Take the Friday morning train up, ski or ride for the day, the weekend, or the week, and take a return trip the same day or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday of the following week.
