"Our family had the most wonderful stay at Shawn's cottage by the bay. The set up was perfect! We were there for relaxation and crabbing, both we had in abundance. The pier was perfect for hanging out with the family as we crabbed. We caught three bushels!The garage had all we needed to clean and steam our crabs, cleaning station, big pots and an outside cooker to do the steaming.The home felt like a classic Chesapeake bay retreat. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied, the living room overlooks Broadwater Creek, creek side chairs and firepit for enjoying the bay and breeze, and plenty of kayaks.Working with Shawn was a breeze. She was quick to respond if we had any questions or needs and always got things taken care of.We will definitely be back."

"Stayed over Labor day weekend with extended family and two dogs. Pros: great view, great location in proximity to the Naval academy, football, beaches and restaurants. Layout of the house is very functional, quiet neighborhood.Cons: upstairs shared bathroom does not have a lock. None of the bedrooms have lock on the door either. There is a leak on the ceiling of the first floor bathroom."
