Out back you will find a beautiful stone Patio & optional screened Gazebo complete with party lighting, overhead fan, firepit, gas grill, Cafe table and chairs. Front porch offers a shaded place for afternoon drinks and relaxation while enjoying the Sea Breeze. A fully equipped gourmet Kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare family meals. Countertop appliances include Bagel toaster, Toaster Oven, Blender, Microwave, Coffee Makers cup and drip styles, fridge / filtered water & ice through the door and Dishwasher. A large family room / big screen TV & surround sound, DVD and Gas FP.. Full dining table, Bar or Cafe style seating for meals. In Garage a second fridge w/ice, Pool Table, yard and beach games and various sized bikes for guest use. The neighborhood is perfect for biking, walking or jogging.

Account for all remotes and set Thermostat to 78* summer 68* winter. Allow ceiling fans to run on #4 wall switch setting

Police yard areas of dog sculptures and dispose properly Wash couch covers and or beach towels if used.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

ALL Garbage and Recycle to be bagged prior to placement in designated cans in drive. Loose recycle is NOT acceptable
