"Rooms are in horrible condition. Basically a hostell. We were family of 4 and bunkbeds had no linens. I called front desk for towels as they dont clean rooms and it took 2 hours to happen. Do no lt stay here. Bugs/ spiders all in the room also. "

"No towels, no toiler paper, insdequate bed linens( we were cold and not enough blankets. Parking as very far from the rental. It did appear clean and the staff were nice and helpful. It was inexpensive. But I would not recommend it."

Built by his grandfather and lovingly restored recently, Villa Carlucci met all of the needs of our American family while we visited our Abruzzese family. The many bedrooms and baths accommodated our children and grandchildren perfectly. The pool and grounds were an added bonus. We highly recommend Villa Carlucci, Dr and Mrs Carlucci and would definitely return. Mille grazie."

"Spacious house, nicely equipped, perfect for two families travelling together. We hade a great time relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beautiful views and having great meals on the patio. Peter, the host, was very easy to get a hold of, answering all our questions and helping us out. Dina was the perfect neighbour. We can highly recommend this villa. The pictures doesn’t make it justice"

The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. Both bathrooms were modern and beautifully designed. "For the price, this hotel was outstanding. It is not modern and does not have great amenities, and it could use some new paint in places, but the stuff was excellent, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and it had a very impressive breakfast included. It is an easy walk to the train station. Next time I am in Pescara, I will not even bother to look for other options. The Ambra is my hotel in Pescara. The only negative thing I will say is that the cappuccino I got at breakfast was terrible. "

The room is spacious and clean and the bed is super comfortable for sleeping. The buffet breakfast provided with many choices and delicious food and drinks. The lady (I forget to ask her name) serving the customers inside the restaurant was wonderful (efficient and polite)."

"This hotel recently reopened and the staff are very kind and willing to help out when we had issues in the bathroom (i.e. the faucet pressure was off). They clearly want to improve the state as the hotel was closed for a while. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant and we really appreciated the kind staff."
