Bright, comfortable, and pleasant 70 m² villa, ideal for a relaxing stay. It includes a spacious living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, and a toilet. Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed (160 cm), 2 single beds (90 cm), and a sofa bed (140 cm). Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). Enjoy a garage and an enclosed garden with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol. Pets are welcome. Located at the entrance to Fouras, with a supermarket 1,500 m away, the bus station is 1.5 km away, and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.3 km away. The Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive.

To be paid upon arrival: two security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and the tourist tax. Pets: €30/pet + a €100 security deposit.
OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: sheets €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week; set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week; set of two bath mats €7 per week; kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week.

- Cleaning: €100.
The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 PM and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 AM at the latest.
