In a hamlet nestled between farmland and pastures, this large, detached farmhouse features a gravel courtyard enclosed by a gate and an unfenced pond. At the entrance to the cottage, you’ll be greeted by two lovely donkeys and a few goats in an electric-fenced pen—a delight for children. There’s an active farm nearby (occasional traffic of farm equipment may pass through the other entrance to the farm). An ideal location for nature lovers, near the Eu Forest, the Bresle Valley (ponds and river fishing less than 10 km away), the Alabaster Coast, and the Bay of Somme. For those looking for some action, head to Le Tréport, Mers-les-Bains, Eu, Dieppe.... First floor: - entryway, - restroom, - spacious living room with a 100-cm TV and Wi-Fi, - well-equipped kitchen with ample counter space, - laundry room/utility area with sink, - bathroom with restroom, - 1 small bedroom (2 bunk beds, 90x190 cm), - 1 very large bedroom that can be divided into two by a curtain: 1 bed (140x190 cm), 2 beds (90x190 cm).
