Clean room. Nice hotel. My room was inside facing and temperature control was challenging. (Very warm despite cool weather outside) But good overall.

A little confusion with check-in. Did not realize I had to contact the host for an access code to front door, was not advised of this by Expedia. Once we got into the apartment everything else was great.

Room was clean, location was good but terrible customer service.

The facility is 2-star, especially given its old furnishings. However, the room is spacious, has basic amenities, and located conveniently mid-town. Breakfast provides hot meals, and is very generous in its portions.

(-) Pas de postes réguliers sur la Télé. Ordinaire en séries de hockey. Le gym qui n'est pas 24hrs :( Acceuil un peu froid. Bruit à l'extérieur (+) Chambre très bien et très propre Lit confortable Salle de bain très convenable Superbement situé dans le vieux Montréal
