"Big Rooms and a nice Bed Internet very slow "

"The property was really well presented, very clean and lots of space with lovely views over an expansive garden, and a wraparound verandah, which everyone enjoyed. Lots of games for entertainment, a generous kitchen and lounge area, and a large yard, which backed onto a reserve. Surrounded by bushland and only a 20-minute walk into the welcoming village of Mount Martha and its crystal-clear beaches.The property is in a quiet location and there is plenty of space for people and dogs. The large yard is fenced, but it may not be secure for dogs, so it's worth considering bringing a gate for the front entrance.Great holiday location! "

"there's no 0 star to give , the property manager is terrible we tried to reach them they don't answer they really give us a very hard time , stressful this the very first time dealing with issues like theses , It's been 4 days yet the bond is not back and they haven't checked the property, the property itself have so many default , dirty and the swimming bool we couldn't use because its was smelling disgusting and so much dirt inside it the was even a frog , the bathroom are horrible there's no van to sucks the area and the dust is everywhere, they outdoor lights were off around 10 am we couldn't even use the outside area , make sure to take your own blanket because they don't have , also they will send you with the confirmation a number to call if you need help don't bother yourself no one will answer , and its very risky that this is no lock door on the side of the house and anyone could just go inside the house and not even one camera for the back area , my niece assume there was someone at the back yard at night time , anyway i couldn't give 0 star if there's another option then don't go with this company call property mom ."

"Lovely Villa right across from the beach. Easy parking. Informative host. Spacious, clean accommodation with a king sized very comfortable bed. Plenty of options in Mornington foodwise"

"Host was very welcoming and property was clean and comfortable. But, there were 2 maintenance issues:- The kitchen tap/mixer was very loose and needed to be operated with 2 hands. The range hood was very noisy - fan appears to be rubbing on something and light was not working. Overall, I was pleased with experience and would recommend to property to others."

"I stayed with my partner and 3 friends at the Mt Martha Hideaway. The house itself was lovely. It had all the amenities that makes a fun stay. Tina the host was very friendly and allowed us to check in early and check out late. I totally recommend the Mt Martha Hideaway. We will definitely stay again if in the area. "
