"So the property that we booked for was closed because it was destroyed due to a hurricane in 2023. We were taken to its sister property not far from this property and the Mayan Palace was really awesome. Rooms were overall great and mostly everything was working. The TV and the tub were the only things I had issues with. Staff was great, easy to get a taxi, there is no uber in the area. The amenities were awesome, like the pool, lazy river and gym. The dining we mid. "

"The street leading up to private gated community is a bit dark but once the gate keeper opens it and as you walk in the property the place is very nice and clean it met my specifications for us to stay. Walmart is about a 5 minute drive, at night and during the day you will find tacos stands near by and other restaurants to enjoy. There is also an Oxxo store more like 7 eleven store. We enjoy the villa, we didn’t have time for the pool but looks pretty nice."
