It was great we had a group off 8 people that the age range from 10 months to 60 year off age we All had something to do it was peaceful relaxing we really enjoyed it we we’ll definitely go back

The street leading up to private gated community is a bit dark but once the gate keeper opens it and as you walk in the property the place is very nice and clean it met my specifications for us to stay. Walmart is about a 5 minute drive, at night and during the day you will find tacos stands near by and other restaurants to enjoy. There is also an Oxxo store more like 7 eleven store. We enjoy the villa, we didn’t have time for the pool but looks pretty nice.

First negative review I have given in 20 years. Very bad experience. Expedia says they accept credit cards and debit cards. I went there and he demanded cash. I pointed out to him that the Expedia site says they accept credit cards and he would not take a credit card. I did not have that amount of cash so he said I had to go to the bank machine. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. There was a gross stain on the couch the size of a grapefruit. The toilet kept plugging. No ventilation in the bathrooms No hot water for the first night because he did not turn on the boiler. He disabled the washing machine because he said we were only staying three nights and did not ned Three bars of soap, each the size of a silver dollar for 8 people Gave us three rolls of the cheapest toilet paper for 8 guests. The first morning we were out of toilet paper and I asked him for more and he said' Its not a hotel and we would have to wait, So I had to go to OXO and buy some. Two hours later he brought four more rolls. Gave us one garbage bag for eight people. My wife aske for more and he said if we need more he would bring one. We bought our own Felt like he was going into the unit when we were not there. We put little papers in the door on the third night and when we arrived home the papers had fallen on the floor. Balcony door did not lock. Hide a bed in living room had no mattress and he said we could buy an air mattress. Very bad experience

En la descripción indican que cuentan con un area de paseo sin correa para mascotas lo cual es engañoso, ya que al llegar nos prohibieron que nuestra mascota ingresara a las areas verdes mostradas en la fotos de la propiedad ( el area asignada es un pequeño jardin del estacionamiento de aproximadamente 1x2 metros donde argumentan puede estar tu mascota, ademas las fotos del interior no coinciden con el lugar real donde te hospedas y al llegar el anfitrión Angel nos recibió para darnos indicaciones de forma muy grosera y altanera.

Disfrutamos mucho la estancia la casa, es ampli y cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario y si falta algo, el dueño es muy abierto a proporcionarlo. Ayuda mucho que está cerca de la playa, 7 minutos en auto. Las 4 recamaras muy bien, cada una con su baño, las regaderas son algo pequeñas pero cumplen su cometido. En general muy bien, seguro regresaremos!! Muy recomendable!

Excelente Propiedad

Las instalaciones de la casa estan excelentes, cuenta con todos los servicios para que tu estancia sea la mejor, la limpieza con la que te entregan la casa es inmejorable, el trato por parte del dueño el Sr.Angel es fantástico, nos explicó claramente todas las reglas tanto de la casa, como del fraccionamiento, fue muy atento con nosotros. Recomiendo ampliamente esta propiedad, no se van a arrepentir, la zona es bastante tranquila y cuenta con seguridad, y para mi consideracion es bastante céntrica, hay todo tipo de comercios, tanto de tipo supermercados, como para comer con diferentes tipos de opciones, a no mas de 5 minutos.
