"This had to be one of the nicest homes and the most antentive and responsive hosts that I’ve ever used. The house was beautiful and stunning. Our son was getting married at the Grande Victorian venue in Monroe, and we wanted to find a place that was nearby for our family to stay for a few days as we prepared for the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and wedding itself. The home is less than 10 minutes away.The pictures of this home represented a highly upscale property with amazing amenities and a very reasonable price. When we arrived, the house was exactly as the pictures and description described, if not even more amazing. The one issue we encountered was not being able to locate the remote control for a TV. I messaged the host after looking everywhere that it might be, and she resolved that issue immediately. We had a brand new remote delivered right away. If Jennifer has any other properties on VRBO, I would look for those properties before anything else. My wife is very conscientious and particular about the cleanliness of the rental properties we use. She gave this home a five star rating, as did I. If you have any needs for a rental home anywhere near Monroe, NC, this is the property you and your family want! Thank you, Jennifer, for your incredible home and for being the most amazing host."

"No water...huge hump in floor, unclean, addicts everywhere "

"At 7:30 in the morning there was 1 lonely muffin left for breakfast, and a waffle maker if you want to make your own . Oh , and black mold in the bathroom . I also didn’t understand why they put most of the visitors on the side next to the highway where you are woken up by trucks all the time . Staff was nice . "
