フォーチュン ベイ ホテル

「The hotel its self is fine for a few night stay I personally wouldnt stay more than 2 or 3 nights. The resort across the street has a beautiful pool that your able to use and you can get breakfast and lunch over there as well but no dinner the restaurant closes at 3pm. And there is no restaurants close by to have dinner. I did hear you could take a ferri to port lucaya and have dinner but when I was looking for the ferri it wasnt available. I was there in the beginning of October and not...

「All rooms even club member rooms are outdated and in poor condition. Dirty shower, chipped paint, pealing ceilings. Rooms aren't cleaned thoroughly. House keeping is a joke at this property. Our sink and counter top wasn't cleaned a single time. And we stayed for 7 days. Even after requesting our room be swept due to sand tracking in the room. It was only swept once. Customer service at this property is also poor. Some bar and wait staff employees were rude and acted like they didn't want to be...

It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have...

The airline had lost our luggage, so we had to wait at the property because that’s where the airline was bringing our luggage, even though it WAS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. But eventually the airline told us they WEREN’T bringing our...
