Small motel in central Fortuna. Some long term residents. We had very noisy neighbors. It is a clean property, easy to find.

Look like a section 8 rental kids running around on diapers ,men drinking in front of their room I had to wait almost an hour after check in time because room was not ready the bed had a smell , front desk was not available you have to ring a bell a d they take a long time before getting out , at check out try to left the card key but they didn’t got out . Worst place to stay ,

I had to turned around. I lost $132. I was not expecting a Hilton room i thought it was more like motel 6 or super8 but not even closed. People living there, it just didnt look right. I would 💯 NOT RECOMMEND

Never saw any staff- the door to the office was always locked. Never saw any cleaning staff. The shower sprayer was broken and it layed on the floor of the shower. It had really cold or unbearably hot water. The handle for hot and cold water was broken and you could not adjust it. There was trash under the kitchen sink. No blow dryer or counter space in the bathroom. There was one wash cloth and hand towel for both of us. There was a piece of metal around the skirt of the bed that would creek, then have a resonant thud every time you moved or sat on it. There was one tiny desk chair… Wouldn’t stay here again.

Terrible Motel

Nasty, filthy. People cooking in the parking lot. Could not get to a parking place. People roaming around and staring at our vehicle. Unsafe. No smoke alarm. I told the clerk we couldn’t stay there. So we went to a different hotel.

Sketchy

I wasn’t expecting anything mind blowing, and the woman at the front desk was really nice and that area was clean, but when I got to my room, it was a different story even though the bed was clean the surrounding room, the bathroom and the kitchen area were also filthy that I didn’t feel comfortable in the bed even though it was the cleanest part of the room I only encountered one cockroach, but that’s enough isn’t it? It went through an entire package of wet wipes, trying to wipe down everything to no avail. The blinds in the bathroom are so covered in filth. I actually tried to take them down and wash them in the shower, but they would not come down. There were no curtains in the kitchen, so anybody walking down the alley could look right into my apartment. All the furniture was mismatched and had stickers all over it and there was a healthy layer of dust on many things, but it was so late at night I had to deal with it and managed to get a few hours of sleep, but left promptly in the morning. I was going to do some laundry at the laundry room, but there were some “extracurricular activities” going on up there by the other tenants so I just stayed in my room. There’s no excuse for that kind of filth, where people will be sleeping. And I couldn’t return my keys because the lobby door was locked in the morning so I put them in the mailbox. Hopefully, they found them.
