Great property and very friendly staff. My only comment is about the use of plastic. Like many other places in Brazil, unfortunately the use of plastic cups and plastic straws is still very common. I do hope the leadership of the hotel implements a plastic free policy soon. Obrigada.

We had great expectations, but was a little disappointed. There was a lot of families staying at this hotel. The room looked a little old. There was no complimentary water nor coffee in the room. The dinner and breakfast buffet was ok. But there are more romantic hotels in the area if you want to Bring your spouse for a treat.

Hotel is in good condition, clean and well staffed. Food was good and both breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. The beach is amazing and easily accessible, with permanent facilities like chairs, and straw beach huts, with the staff being very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and spacious, with AC working well and a nice porch, although it had only two chairs, no table or chaise, and wasn’t really very comfortable to use. The only main problem during our stay was with the fitness center, most equipments were on maintenance, without a basic treadmill (absent, not broken), an issue for a runner like me when the weather is not ideal for outdoor training. If possible, choose a villa instead of the apartment, they are really nice and is the main attraction of the resort. We tried to upgrade our reservation but we were told the hotel was 100% booked, although villas seemed to still be available online for the period we were staying. Also, consider the hotel is about 1h away from the main city, Fortaleza, so it’s perfect for a stay-in-the-resort kind of vacation, but not very convenient if you also enjoy a good city dining or nightlife. Plan accordingly, traffic in Fortaleza is a bit unpredictable.

Excelente atendimento. quadras de tênis excelente. Quadra de beach tênis deixa a desejar. As refeições são 10, café da manhã maravilhoso, jantar com bacalhau em nata e camarão, muito bem preparados. Quartos confortáveis.

Hotel muito bacana. Venho aqui com frequência. Cada vez mais renovado. Precisa só ter mais variedade no café, almoço e jantar. São sempre as mesmas opções. Não se tem muita variedade de dias nos cardápios para quem vem com frequência. Outro ponto é que o checkout é muito cedo, principalmente que faz pensão completa tem que sair 11 hrs e o restaurante só abre às 12:30 para o almoço já incluso.

O quarto que fiquei, TAHITI 02, estava tomado com cheiro de mofo, os lençóis de cama manchados, sabe-se lá de quê, as toalhas de material muito ruim e com cheiro bem forte. Todas as idas ao restaurante foram ruins, p café da manhã extremamente ruim e sem gosto, o jantar pior ainda. A equipe que faz a programação com as crianças era extremamente desprepara, chegando até a fazer e incentivar as outras crianças a fazer bullying com meu filho. Um lugar desprezível, que ilude as pessoas com um suposto retrofit, que deveria ter acontecido ano passado. Não tive a sorte de passar por nenhum profissional bom, nem no front desk, nem na piscina, nem no restaurante. Todos despreparados e grosseiros

Local estava bem organizado, instalações dos quartos estavam boas, mas tipo tinha ralo enferrujado, faltou água por algumas horas, mas foi solucionado rapidamente, a comida é boa, mas pelo preço poderia ser um pouco melhor. Achei as condições das barracas e cadeiras na praia bem ruins, com cadeiras quebradas e palhas do tetos das barracas faltando. No mais os funcionários bem simpáticos e atenciosos, com entretimento a todo momento o que tornou a hospedagem bem legal. Amei o café da manhã com violino.
