We had great expectations, but was a little disappointed. There was a lot of families staying at this hotel. The room looked a little old. There was no complimentary water nor coffee in the room. The dinner and breakfast buffet was ok. But there are more romantic hotels in the area if you want to Bring your spouse for a treat.

Hotel is in good condition, clean and well staffed. Food was good and both breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. The beach is amazing and easily accessible, with permanent facilities like chairs, and straw beach huts, with the staff being very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and spacious, with AC working well and a nice porch, although it had only two chairs, no table or chaise, and wasn’t really very comfortable to use. The only main problem during our stay was with the fitness center, most equipments were on maintenance, without a basic treadmill (absent, not broken), an issue for a runner like me when the weather is not ideal for outdoor training. If possible, choose a villa instead of the apartment, they are really nice and is the main attraction of the resort. We tried to upgrade our reservation but we were told the hotel was 100% booked, although villas seemed to still be available online for the period we were staying. Also, consider the hotel is about 1h away from the main city, Fortaleza, so it’s perfect for a stay-in-the-resort kind of vacation, but not very convenient if you also enjoy a good city dining or nightlife. Plan accordingly, traffic in Fortaleza is a bit unpredictable.

Great property and very friendly staff. My only comment is about the use of plastic. Like many other places in Brazil, unfortunately the use of plastic cups and plastic straws is still very common. I do hope the leadership of the hotel implements a plastic free policy soon. Obrigada.

O hotel realmente é muito bonito, as águas, as vilas, porém é um hotel um pouco mais antigo. Os quartos são confortáveis e bem limpos, camas confortáveis, porém são estruturas não muito novas. Porém o ponto de atenção fica para o restaurante. Fechei meia-pensão e a variedade das comidas não eram tão boas, pelo nível do hotel, por ser 5 estrelas. A qualidade era ok, mas a variedade baixa. O café da manhã as tapiocas/omeletes demoravam bastante a sair, mesmo com o hotel bem vazio, normalmente apenas uma pessoa servindo. Outro ponto de atenção é o atendimento na praia. Fiquei nas barracas na areia e diversas vezes tive que levantar para fazer um pedido. Os garçons ficam na área da piscina e só consegui pedir para eles quando, por sorte, estavam passando para entregar algo nas barracas ao lado. Uma sugestão seria deixar um garçom dedicado para essa área da praia, que é lindíssima e atrai muito os hóspedes, e inclusive tem uma otima estrutura do proprio hotel de barracas, cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras, porém o atendimento deixa a desejar. A área da piscina é boa, bem suportada pelo bar molhado e o restaurante ao lado

Infelizmente tivemos alguns problemas No quarto e no Servico prestado. Ar Condicionado estava pingando so foram consertar no dia seguinte o que gerou transtorno os servicos de alimentacao com o nosso bb tambem teve demora de mais de uma hora para um hotel desse nivel de 4 Estrella’s e meia ficou muito a desejar

Hotel medíocre, não vale o preço que cobram

Os recepcionista do Hotel não se comunicam, cada um fala uma coisa oposta da outra. Pedimos uma alteração na conta e primeiro ouvimos de um dos recepcionistas (que se dizia o "cara das contas") que não era possível. No final, outro disse que era possível e realizou. A cama do carto também era ruim, causou-me dor nas costas

Boa variedade no café da manhã, jantar poderia ser um pouco melhor elaborado. Por ser meia pensão, entendo que não deveriam cobrar por sucos ou refrigerantes no jantar. Funcionários muito prestativos. Achei as toalhas de banho um pouco velhas, poderiam ter melhor qualidade. Roupas de cama e travesseiros de boa qualidade. Achei ruim só poder usar uma toalha de banho por dia. Hotéis deste nível/valor costumam oferecer maior quantidade. Local muito silencioso e agradável. As crianças amaram a parte das piscinas. Faltou maior variedade na carta de vinhos (acredito que tinha 2 ou 3 tipos de vinhos tintos somente). Limpeza do quarto impecável.

Hotel muito bonito e confortável

Dom Pedro Laguna possui quartos amplos, bonitos e com camas confortáveis. A área da piscina oferece uma agradável experiência. Situado em Aquiraz, está perto de importantes pontos turísticos (Beach Park, praias da Barra Nova - a mais bela da região - e Morro Branco). O mar em frente ao hotel é agitado, não favorece o banho das crianças. Pontos positivos: - conforto; - localização; - atendimento. Pontos que podem ser melhorados: - refeições: não são ruins, mas estão beeeem abaixo do padrão do hotel; - recreação infantil: bem fraquinha; - limpeza da piscina; - reposição do frigobar (não houve durante a semana de hospedagem, sendo necessário ligar diariamente na recepção). A semana foi positiva, vale a pena conhecer. Nota: 8.
