One of our rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and the water wasn’t hot enough. Other than that it was okay.

We stayed two days at this hotel and found the staff to be very helpful. The hotel seems to be fairly new and rooms in addition to the sleeping area have a nice kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. The bathroom was nice amd the shower was awesome - great water pressure. The Studio 6 is just minutes away from old town Fort Worth and other attractions in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Warning the "very good" rating can not be accurate. The place was run down and smelled. We stepped into the elevator and were greeted by floor numbers written in sharpie. Our floor smelled like Marijuana, farts and cleaner. The room itself smelled stale with aggressive pinesol yet was not clean. There were drips and pubes on the floor, a greasy hand print on the window, nasty shower grout a soft spot in the bathroom floor. At night we heard people talking loudly at all hours, 2 different dogs barking followed by a woman repeatedly screaming at them. As we were waiting for an Uber at the entry, we heard the front desk clerk let out a big belch. Classy! The table in the breakfast area appeared to be covered in shaved beard hair. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

i didn't have many options as almost all hotels were booked up for the festival i was attending. i chose studio 6 thinking it would at the very least be decent. there is no front desk staff, you have to call a number. next, there was a long hair on my towels and more on my bed. i had them come and replace the towels and put fresh sheets on the bed. the bed was broken and made terrible noises every time we moved. but worst of all - cockroaches. found a dead one in the bathroom first, then came back late at night to find a living one crawling on the shower wall. another crawling across the floor. the next morning, crawling across the counter top. absolute horror show. when i told the staff at the front desk they all just stood there and stared at me and said "sorry". it's clear there are people living in this motel as well. i really feel like it's a super low bar to just want a room that isn't crawling with cockroaches, and i still paid over $150 a night. truly it was shameful and i would never recommend to anyone nor ever dream of staying again. disgusting.
