"This is not a 5 Star accommodation. But what it is points to a hotel that has all the right basic ingredients that should be better maintained?? The room was cleaned, but not thoroughly. The eating area served a very good breakfast, but not enough oversight to make the eating areas stayed sanitized or clean. The headboards on the bed needed to be cleaned and dusted.. The little details need to be addressed!!! Clean furniture is a must not an option!! After someone spilled something on any surface that surface should be cleaned and sanitized!!!
Notice that cleaning floors and counters should have regular cleaning schedules!!! All these things are easily improved. I hope this is within their ability to address."
