I choose the 418 for the pet friendly aspect and location. The stairs are a little steep but my 84 yr old mother in law managed just fine. The attached garage made us feel extra safe and comfortable.
Very cute place! The art in the loft was cool and the amount of thought that had gone into the items in the loft was incredible. We also got a great view of the fireworks set off by the city. Would recommend this place to anyone!
Property was totally clean, well designed and well decorated for fall. Easy communication with host. Slightly funky walkable neighborhood and easy access to downtown. Perfect for our purposes!
This loft is absolutely gorgeous and modern and cozy! Super clean and spacious, everything you need for a stay in the area. We were stopping over on a longer road trip to visit family out east and would definitely stay here again! The only con was that we had to get up early and the bed was so comfy that I didn’t want to get up!
I honestly loved this place. They thought of every amenity, even an elegant small Christmas tree in the corner of the living room. The whole place smelled seasonal and inviting. Some of the biggest TV’s I’ve ever seen. Lots of beautiful textiles throughout. Classy and fun artwork, lots of different styles. And having the garage right under the unit was worth more than gold—made unloading and loading the car so easy, especially with our dog and with the horrible cold rain we had the day we arrived. There’s an adorable pantry with coffee and snacks that we didn’t get to take advantage of because our stay was so quick, but this would be a lovely place to spend more time and get to know the area.
Great place! Everything was new and very clean. It was very well stocked with anything and everything you might need. Mattresses were high quality. There were some good restaurants within walking distance. We had a great stay!
The 418 was the perfect spot for our family visit to Ft. Wayne. Tammy was very welcoming and easily accessible. She has put a lot of effort into providing a space that feels like home with unique touches. Her coffee table book provides all the info an out of town guest needs to know. Biggest highlights: coffee bar, local artwork, comfy throw blankets, plenty of pillows/towels/blankets, fall decor, attached garage (especially helpful since there was a snow storm). We can't wait to stay again in the future!
Everything you would expect from the perfect VRBO. From the Comfy Memory Foam king upstairs to the stocked coffee Bar. To the Garage parking especially because it was raining when we arrived to get our stuff inside being covered was fantastic. When we come to visit our In-laws again this will be our first choice if available.
We came up for a 4 day weekend for the Fort Wayne Children's Choir's 50th anniversary concert. The loft is very nice, it gives an industrial chic vibe. Being in the Wells Corridor there's a lot of stuff within walking distance.

Way better than a hotel
Very clean, questionable response time from property manager about check in information, fit the description of the ad. Lacked information of the property location of building until after booking the property. Would rent from again in the future if needed.
