Staff was fantastic. Elevators were down for part of a day but fixed quickly. Pool & hot tub was nice. Location is very close to 69/469, hospitals & restaurants.

The staff was excellent! Our tub didn’t drain, so it slowly filled as you showered, which was gross to stand in 2+ inches of water that probably wasn't just my own.
