The hotel is in renovation, and lot of dirt in the house has not been cleaned, we have to clean the surface after we checked in. So the Gym is not available either. There is a lot of parking place and the location is very convenient.

Worst room ever. Didn’t have one then found one no lamp shades sink wouldn’t drain no trash cans in room. Lobby horrible stairs in disrepair. Wouldn’t refund the room. Don’t stay here. Better off in your car at a rest area

I travel for work , I stay in hotels atleast 3 times a week, this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in , it was so bad I just left after being in there for 30 minutes.

Asked for early check in, was denied. No hair dryer or ironing board/iron One towel in bathroom Faucets were loose and felt like they were going to fall off. Bed clothes were "clean" but stained. Desk clerk was never available. Waited 10 mins to check out early and did not stay the night. I know you get what you pay for, but this was sub-par for even a budget hotel. This place should be closed.

The heating didn't work and I was cold, the cleanliness was fine, but the breakfast was awful. The pancake machine didn't work, the receptionist wanted me to throw them up raw, and there was only coffee. Two yogurts and a broken pancake machine, a total rip-off

They were doing renovation so I can't hold everything against them. And the house keeping was good. But they said they had cable TV yet our TV only got one channel the entire time and it was fuzzy. Their maintenance man came to look at it but it never improved. I don't think they actually had cable but can't prove it. Our room had no chairs coffee pot or phone. The room had a table fridge and microwave. The air conditioner blew cold but leaked water on the floor. The room stunk like cigarettes and wet dog. The carpet in the room and especially in the hallway had lots of fur and stunk. The continental breakfast was a joke giving yogurt and pancakes and coffee but coffee was out and pancake machine made pancakes partly raw. Only a handful of yogurts. No other food options available. But you can buy frozen sandwiches from the desk. I asked for a different room and was told no more available. The desk staff came off as kind of rude. Other customers were very unhappy with their stay as well. One guy stormed out. I

After traveling for four hours, we decided to book on site must just say looks can be deceiving the outside look like it was maintained and well kept up but once you got in to the place, they definitely need to update there was a $20 deposit that was refundable after you checked out, but not until the housekeeping went in to look to see if everything was there and that your trash was ran out. I thought that was a whole purpose of housekeeping anyways, there was no hot water. The toilet barely flushed. The bed was extremely hard and hard to sleep on. No ice machine and the interior of the building was extremely hot like their AC did not work. We had to turn the AC on once we got there and it took hours before it cooled down. They had duct tape holding a cabinet together in the room, there was no breakfast as indicated in the morning. They literally put two yogurt cups in their cooler made a pot of coffee and had one bottle of waffle mix, set out for the whole morning and no creamer nothing. these franchise need to do better. I would usually say that it would be good for one night, but I can’t even say that definitely invest and spend your money elsewhere.

Bed bugs. None of the pictures online are of this actual hotel. It was about 90 degrees inside the lobby. Whole building wreaked of smoke and mold. Bedding had stains all over. Bed bugs crawling on the sheets. Wall sconce lights didn’t even work. Do not stay here.

The air-conditioning did not work. The unit was dirty and smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking unit. The toilet seat was broken and held on with only one bolt. There were no glasses provided in in the room. They did not have a replacement room. We were forced to find a different hotel. Told us we could only get back our deposit. The agent was rude considering the service.

Room was dusty, shower has dirt in the bottom of the bath tub, water in shower did not work. The faucet in the shower was NOT connected to the wall. Complete not able to shower at all! Rooms have very thin walls loud at all hours of the night. Everywhere smells like smoke. Pictures on websites are a complete false representation.

Clerk gave me a room key envellope marked 2013 for room 1013 and when I came back saying key did not work in 2013, he said loudly I told you to forget what it said and to go to 1013. Room had no glasses or paper cups, there was not even a continental breakfast. No shampoo in bathroom. 2 tiny soap cakes. Halls and stairs are really old and somewhat scarry. On the plus side, the room itself was clean and the bed was excellent but overall rating would be 2 on 5!
