Welcome to El Matador #465 in Fort Walton Beach, FL! This 1-bedroom 1-bathroom beachfront vacation rental offers accommodations for up to 4 guests. You are sure to love the spaciousness of this property and the beautiful balcony views!

Inside the condo, a fully equipped kitchen has all of the necessary appliances and cookware needed to craft homemade meals or beach snacks. The comfy living room offers plenty of seating, a smart TV, and access to the balcony. The bedroom is outfitted to make you feel right at home.

This community features a pool, BBQ grills, and a spacious stretch of beach. If breaking a sweat is more your style, a fitness center and sauna are both available for you here. There is even an on-site arcade and tennis courts.

Perfect!

The condo was exactly like the pictures, the view from the balcony is amazing. The living room was very spacious, even with the sleeper sofa set up. The bed in main is very comfortable! Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was fine, nothing great, but fine, hotel adjacent I'd say. While the bed was comfortable for us, we had couches, kitchen, etc. there were a few oddities that bothered us personally. The sliding patio door would randomly open as there's no latch. So we didn't use the patio and I just put a footstool to hold it closed. The bedroom top window also was ajar and wouldn't close, only about a 1/4 inch, however it makes a difference in humidity, noise from the pool, and overall coolness of the bedroom and we need cold to sleep. There's a few things that seemed like DIY updates, but all in all worked. Lastly, I know being done on the beach it gets dusty, but the floor left our socks quite gross. So I'm not sure if it was cleaning could be improved upon or the air/sand situation. It was better than a hotel so I don't regret staying here, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay again.Also, the listing says washer/dryer. There are NO washer/dryers in the condo but they are in the hall. There's 1 washer and 1 dryer where you have to pay and smelled a bit. So we opted to not do laundry.*Note, I've left details in my review for the managing company so they can possibly get fixed in.The condo pool was nice though, and easy beach access, which is what we wanted.

Loved the place! We have stayed at El Matador many times. We only had two issues. Door lock took several attempts to get it to lock. That happened all week. Also, we had another unit while we were there, and they provided umbrellas for the week so that would have been nice.

Great condo on beautiful beach!

My children and I enjoyed a quick trip to the Gulf staying at this condo! The condo was clean, well-appointed, decorated beautifully, and you just couldn't beat the view of the pool and of course the ocean from both the bedroom and the living room! We also liked that it was at the end of the beach next to the Air Force property, which made it less crowded than other parts of the beach! Great pool, boardwalk to the beach, parking, etc. The elevators and building lobby could use some updating, and it would've been nice to have a W/D in our unit, but since we were just staying a few nights, that wasn't a deal breaker for us. All-in-all, would come back and stay at this beautiful condo again! :)

Very nicely decorated. Plenty of seating. Thought unit had in room washer & dryer but it did not. Had to pay to wash bath towels and wash clothes during stay. Need blackout curtains over windows. Location was great. Very clean. Loved that there was no carpet, just LVP flooring which was great and clean.

Beautiful condo. Well maintained. Great location. Gorgeous beachfront view. Always felt safe and secure. Comfy king bed. Weather and beach were amazing. Beautiful pools and courtyard. Family friendly. Only disappointment was W/D was not in the unit, but down the hall a bit. Not a dealbreaker, but would have been nice to know. Was able to get quarters at entrance/exit guard hut. Overall highly recommend.

Perfect Vacation!

VERY NICE

Condo was beautiful. Very updated. 2 of the 4 outside chairs needs replaced. Since there were only 2 of us, it was not an issue. Property grounds are well taken care.
