Book your dream vacation at Sea Oats condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL! This gulf front beauty sits on the powder white sands and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with partial gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with two twin beds and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Other than the mold growing on the bedroom ceiling the property was nice. The chairs and beach umbrella included was a nice touch.

The property was as described and a short walk out the gate to the beach. We had an issue with the tv when we arrived and they replaced it the next day. We also rented their pontoon and it was a nice boat. All in all a nice stay. If we come back we would stay with the owner again.

We had a great stay and everything was super convenient, clean and close to the beach. We walked out of our room and down the elevators to the beach… the pool and hot tub were nice as well. The room has a balcony and is at an angle from the beach however I could still see a decent amount of the beach and that was perfect for me. We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely return!

The condo was so nice and pretty. The view of the ocean is nice even though it's a partial. Enjoyed the pool and loved having access to the beach. They had everything we needed in the condo. Will definitely come back.

Condo was excellent! It was a casual scene which we loved. The unit was very clean and well-stocked. We definitely recommend this unit. The pool was great and our kids enjoyed it! The beach is easily accessible and beautiful! We will stay here again.

The condo was a great place to stay for our family. We had lots of room for grandkids and two adult couples. A very short walk to the beach. And the weather was amazing! Had a surprise our last night there of seeing fireworks from the pier! We could see them from our balcony. The beach view from the balcony is nice and it's very quiet as well. We will probably try to return to this place!

We loved the unit and how close it was to the beach and other really nice restaurants. We had a short walk or super short car ride to all of our activities, which was lovely. The complimentary chairs and umbrella were also wonderful! However, as previous guests have said, the 1 working elevator was definitely a buzz kill. I'm not sure who is responsible for repairing it but I would suggest you guys look into it.

Location was great and the beach and beach access were perfect. Hot tub was inaccessible one day with no sign so we aren’t sure why. Pool didn't feel heated. Unit smelled like smoke when we checked in and parking passes weren't in the room. Room didn't seem clean. Attention to detail was just missing-for example-a very rusty 3m hook in the shower that should be removed. Master bed needs to be replaced. They came quickly to deliver passes and a smoke spray, though. Communication was great-very fast responses.
