Amazing Condo and Location

Beautiful condo on the first floor with easy access to the pool and beach. Full amenities meant that we could save money cooking and have our laundry done for the dreaded return home.

Decent condo but can't see the beach

The inside of the condo was decorated nice which is a requirement when booking. Some areas are very run down inside such as trim and grout, etc. Beds are not real comfortable due to hole in the middle. Also, very noisy. The ground floor location of unit was very convenient, but you CANNOT see the beach. Unit smelled like vinegar for two days as they clean the indoor fan coil with it. Could not use the washer due to slime/gunk coming out with each cycle. Had a technician there every day to try to fix the problem. But nothing worked. Washer needs to be taken apart to actually clean the slime/gunk out. I was allowed to use another unit to wash clothes so that was a plus. Outside door to enter unit has mold all over it. Needs another coat of paint. Outside of complex is run down. Definitely had some positives but would not stay in the complex again.

Our facility was perfect for our family. The location was great with the walkway to the beach right in front and the pool right beside us. We had the most wonderful time! I would definitely recommend this place!

Great Stay

We stayed here the week of July 4th and it was a great trip. We loved the convenience of the ground floor unit. It was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay here again. The location of the property is convenient to many restaurants and a grocery store.

Perfect Beach Mornings

This was the perfect location, steps from the pool, hot tub, beach, and Stewby's seafood. The property was clean, as described, and they even made sure there were extra towels. The beach is steps away for an early morning cup of coffee. It was a perfect location for teens within eyesight of the pool and hot tub. Stewby's seafood and mini golf were just across the street with AJ's right across the street for evening dancing, music, and fun for the adults. The pull out couch was comfortable with a good quality mattress. All the linens were super clean with extras in the closets. There were extra towels in every bathroom with beach towels at the back door. We had a wonderful stay and even hosted a dinner party with local family. It is a super easy location.

Perfect Vacation

This Condo has the perfect location, perfect accommodations. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you would want, IF you decide to cook. It is a quiet location, nice pool, close the beach. We will be back!

We loved this condo! It was so easy to get to the pool and beach. The pullout bed in the couch was comfortable and perfect for my 7 year old. We had plenty of room. The TVs were big and already setup with Netflix and Disney+. The extra chairs and tent in the closet were nice additions to the two beach chairs. I had everything I needed in the kitchen to make meals. Publix is only a 5 minute drive. We walked across the street a few times for ice cream. There’s nothing I would’ve changed. We will definitely be back!

Great Accessibility

We chose this property because we have a child in a wheelchair and wanted a room on groundfloor. This location has easy access between the parking lot, the room patio, the beach, and the pool. We spent a lot more time in the water over previous vacations due to ease of getting to the beach. There was plenty of room for our group of six. The condo was very clean and well-stocked with supplies. We had our best vacation yet at this property, and would recommend it highly, especially for anyone who needs easy access and doesn't want to do a lot of walking to get to the water. For next year we are looking for even more access and privacy by renting a house on the beach.

Great 1st floor location on the end. Easy to get to pool and beach. Very clean. Decorated cute and roomy. King bed mattress could use an upgrade and the shower in that bedroom had really low shower water pressure. But these were the only improvements I would make. The condo was great and we were very pleased.

Perfect stay. Everything was just as beautiful as the pictures. Walk out the door to the pool and over the dune to the beach. Property Manager was great to work with let us check in a bit early which was wonderful. Would stay again!

Excellent Stay

The condo was ideal for our family. The first floor provided easy access to the pool and beach. We had a few youngsters (under 2) and the location was perfect. The condo was clean and everything was as advertised. Only thing was water pressure in Master Bed was very low. Other than that, we had a great time and would stay again.

There is no age limit on this property! It’s convenient for any age! My parents are elderly and fragile and it was easy for them to get anywhere. It was so very nice! Would recommend highly!
