This property is just a 2-5 minute walk to the beautiful Emerald Coast beach! One block from door to the stunning sand and waters! This comfortable one bedroom property features a queen bed, in suite bathroom, full kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Kitchen features all stainless steel appliances to include Full size dishwasher, glass top stove/oven, microwave, and fridge. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Living room and bedroom have ceiling fans, smart tvs, and a split unit wall ac to keep you in comfort during your stay. The bathroom boasts a walk in shower. Best of all, this unit has no stairs and is all on one floor! Patio out back to enjoy the breeze and fireworks, as well as shared backyard space to roam. *Please note this property is not handicap accessible due to smaller doorways and no ramp to the front door. The bedroom does not close off from the other living spaces and the in suite bathroom does feature a door but it is a non locking.

Cozy Retreat

Very cost effective cozy place. Has everything I needed and across the main street to access 1 on the beach. Everything I wanted or needed was in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay fo my birthday

We had a great stay for my birthday. The place was comfy and clean. Tiffany was awesome! My only suggestion is a clothes rack of some sort. There was nowhere to hang clothes.

Very nice location and close to the beach access. The place was very clean, quiet, but it did get a little hot. It felt like ac unit in the bedroom wasn’t very strong and would recommend to bring a fan.. luckily we did. They provided lots of towels, tide pods for washing clothes, dishwasher pods, and an extra blanket for the pull out couch.

Small cozy and great location.

Easy to check in and in a great location. Internet did keep randomly cutting out which was not ideal for remote working. Also upon arrival starter pack of items like trash bags and toilet paper not there but the host fixed it.Great plates and kid friendly kitchen items. Dishwasher and washer and dryer worked amazing. Not a lot of privacy within the location no doors in the house other than the bathroom.

Super convenient to everything in Okaloosa Island

We really appreciated the cleanliness of this unit. It is convenient to walk to dinner and to the beach. There are at least three good restaurants within 15 minutes walk. We did enjoy having laundry unit inside the room, it makes it very convenient for washing towels after a day at the beach. The only issues we had was, you can hear the footsteps on the ceiling from the neighbors upstair. The kitchen could use a blender for making drinks, otherwise it’s pretty well stocked for basic cooking needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location.

Perfect location close to beach and right next door to several fantastic restaurants. Pics dont do justice to this apartment. Its clean, high end appliances, enough room for 2 or 3 people to be comfortable. Easy check in. Nice neighborhood. Parking basically right at your door. Im not a fan of Okaloosa or Ft Walton, and actually thought i booked for Nevarre. But this charming little apartment made staying in Okaloosa pleasant. The upstairs neighbors were rude and noisy and kept us up all night the 1st night, by jumping and slamming things on the floor until 3am, it sounded like they were literally remodeling the place. If i ever want to stay in Okaloosa again, Id definitely stay at this property.

Cramped and Odd Layout

The property was pretty clean when we arrived, but right off the bat we noticed it had an odd layout that I didn't notice in the picture. Front door opens to bedroom. Cramped space with no closet and only 2 drawers in end table. End table only on one side. Live out of suitcases because no where to store clothers. Washer and dryer are in bedroom. A/C unit was sub par, it got hot at night. Bathroom door is a pantry door that you cannot lock. You can also hear everything through it. Fan stopped working day before last. Toilet seat was loose, I fixed it myself. Kitchen separates bedroom from living room and also acts as the hallway. There are NO doors. You cannot close off the bedroom from the kitchen or living room. If you have guests you will not have ANY privacy. Ceiling is thin. Was a 2 level unit converted to 2 separate units. We could hear the upstairs neighbors all the time! Every step, jump, and furniture movement. It was annoying. The front door locki didn't always lock. It is a smartlock but the bolt doesn't always line up. You need to make sure it locks before you walk away. Living room is decent, good sized TV. Didn't use the fold out couch. No "dining" table but instead a bar style table. No coffee table in front of the couch. Makes it a little uncomfortable to chill in the living room. If you are one person or a couple this will be OKAY. The noise from upstairs made the stay unpleasant. Would not recommend for family or more than 2 people.

Family of 4 vacation

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Tiffany was easy to work with during the entire process. My son said the sofa couch was comfortable and we still had room in the living room for a Queen size air mattress for my daughter.
