Incredible Stay

The unit was exactly as pictured. Very clean and close to all beach amenities. Having the umbrella and chairs included at the beach was a definite bonus. I’ve stayed in 2 other units in same building and would return to this one again.

Great condo. Well maintained but no grill

Beautiful unit and a great location. No BBQ facilities at the property. They inventory the towels and linens. We didnt check and confirm the number of washcloths and towels at check in.

Family Vacation

This property was WONDERFUL! Great access to beach for little ones! Condo was WELL EQUIPPED! Beds were so VERY comfortable! We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Family vacation

Other than the keys not being in the lockbox at the office and having to wait in someone to brings us keys after traveling 8 1/2 hours with two infants …. Our stay was great!

Beautiful condo, excellent views!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Walked into the room and felt like the water was at the end of the living room, stunning! Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, gorgeous set up. Loved having storage in the garage for our beach stuff, very convenient! Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation

Great location! The location was farther down the island, which was great! Gorgeous condo! The view outside the balcony was beautiful... natural dunes, not overlooking the pool. We were provided a "starter kit" of necessities, i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry soap, until we were able to go to the store. The kitchen was well stocked, everything needed to prepare and serve meals.

Beautiful Condo on the beach

Simply amazing! Beautiful condo, with gulf front view. All the amenities. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Kitchen had all the latest appliances. Washer and dryer in the unit is a bonus. Spacious. Only small annoyance is that the mattresses were not great. I would stay here again . Loved it!

Spring Break 2021

This property is lovely. Each of the kids had a comfortable space and bathroom. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with dishes for cooking, and the VIEW. Wow!!! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves and hope to return again soon.

Great views of the crystal clear water!!

There was plenty of room for our group of 8. Condo had everything we needed including beach gear storage behind parking spot in covered garage. Condo was very clean and decor was tasteful. Beach service was also great. Destin was a short 10 minutes away. Can't wait to come back!

This condo is beautiful! The balcony is wider than most! It had enough seating for our entire party to be out on it comfortably! The kitchen is well-equipped with Viking appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful and maintained very well!

This property exceeded our expectations. Access to a storage unit for our beach supplies was extremely helpful. Property staff were friendly. The condo was clean and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Looking at next year's dates because Bella Riva 202 was like being at home.
