This chic, newly painted and furnished modern Waters Edge unit offers gulf front views from both living room and balcony. The newly refinished kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with full size updated appliances that make it a perfect setting for all your entertaining needs. This lovely home away from home has tile floors throughout the condo with carpeting in the master bedroom, floor to ceiling windows, and additional bunk rooms in the hall for those added kids or guests. This piece of paradise on the water fits two to three adults and two kids comfortably In the kitchen, you will find all dinnerware, flatware, and cooking utensils needed to prepare delicious meals complete with a new Keurig and crockpot. Bed and bath linens are also provided, and the stackable washer/dryer adds the convenience of home. Relax after long walks on the sugary beach on the balcony overlooking the emerald waters, or watching a movie in the living room on the provided DVD machine. There is also a second television in the master bedroom to relax the night away. Please be advised that Waters Edge is not a pet-friendly property.

Property communicated very well. We even got to get in the room an hour early. The condo was very nice and clean. Bathrooms were stocked well with clean towels. Amenities were very nice. We would stay again!

Perfect Place for Family

Overall we had a good experience.Pros: location, gorgeous view, easy check in/outCons: some parts of the condo need TLC, extra blankets for winter months would be nice, kitchen utensils are limited (no oven mitts), and the cleaning crew missed some things (I.e. someone else’s toenail clippings under the coffee table).

Great Stay

This was a great place to stay. Great location and condo. The couches could use updating. And it would be nice to have an extra trash bag and maybe some dish washing liquid to wash dishes. Dishwasher tabs were provided but we didn’t use a ton of dishes so we just hand washed them. Was still an overall great stay!

What a view!

We had a great time staying in this condo! It was quiet, easy to park and get in. Walked in, and it was exactly like the photos we saw when we booked! The view of the Gulf was wonderful, and the sound of the waves so refreshing. We got our dose of Vitamin Sea! Easy check-in, communication on directions and other vital info arrived in a timely manner. We can’t wait to come back here and enjoy this again — maybe next time we can stay an entire week!!

We loved the pool and how quick the walk to the beach was. My only complaint/suggestion was the full size toiletries they said we would have were almost empty and I reached out to Vacasa but they never gave us anymore. I also wish there had been at least 2 laundry packs instead of one. The washing machine isn’t great. It stopped mid cycle every time we tried to do laundry and we had to turn it off and restart the load. There is also no pizza cutter so if you have frozen pizzas like we did, it could be an issue. All minor things but notable to help future guests.

Really beautiful place

It was a lovely location, and a very nice place. It would be nice to have little things like coffee filters, salt and pepper, more than 2 rolls of toilet paper, and throws or some extra blankets on the cooler evenings. The wi-fi was awful. And don’t look under the beds. The beach and the resort workers were amazing!!!!! We will be back!

Cozy!

Loved that the pool was divided. Made for great playing without feeling crowded. Steps from the beach. Homey beach feeling. Being on the 2nd floor and parking on the 3rd(parking deck access)was slightly inconvenient. Having different gate codes for the pool bathrooms, the pool and fitness room was again slightly inconvenient at first. Overall great vacation.
