This beautiful, newly-remodeled waterfront unit is located on the seventh floor with a view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. All appliances are General Electric. The kitchen has been updated with beautiful granite countertops with a peninsula for added prep space and two counter stools for quick meals. The bathroom has a deep tub with many shelves, vanity, and a cabinet. The living area is carpeted and boasts palm tree décor. The unit also includes a TV and complimentary internet access. All linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

It’s okay

It was very hot, seems as if the AC unit was froze up and had been for a while as there was water dripping from the vent and lots of mold around it. A note about the thermostat says it is controlled by the outside temp and that if the outside temperature 72, the heat would kick on. I will stay at a hotel next time, this was my first experience with a condo.

Great location

This is a great location. Close to everything from attractions, restaurants and shopping. The beach access is awesome and the views are spectacular. The only thing we found was the bed was a bit harsh for our liking. We also found in many others of these types rentals some spices, coffee left over from other guests. Not a deal breaker just was odd to fin nothing for cooking. I understand it maybe for safety reasons.

Very Cozy with great Gulf view!

Me and my Girlfriend enjoyed our stay in this condo. Weather was a but chilly but the overall experience was great. I also liked the small gym included with our stay.

Nice condo. Just enough room for two and we enjoyed our stay. Pros are the renovated and updated decor. Condo was clean and comfortable. Negatives are there is very limited storage and appliances are older. We would book this unit again.

We love the Islander!

We love coming to the Islander. The property is well cared for, the condos are always super clean and the pool is fantastic. Just a bit of constructive criticism on the unit (703): It needs a mirror hung someplace besides the bathroom, maybe on the back of a door or on the wall somewhere. Also, the footboard prevents viewing the TV from the bed: the TV should be wall mounted and maybe a dresser placed below it for extra clothes storage. It was incredibly clean and the couch bed was in great shape, and we would definitely stay again.

The Pros: great location and views, just perfect size for two, very clean and cutely decorated The Cons: WiFi was very unreliable and off last two days, air conditioning was being repaired and was off one day (that has been fixed), no storage for clothing or bathroom, stove really needs to be replaced We have stayed here two years and I am sure we will stay again. The cons listed above are more for your information than complaints. You just need to be prepared for these issues if you stay. We enjoyed our visit and like the condo.
