"My Beach Alibi" Miramar Beach Home with Private Pool in Gated Community

Welcome to "My Beach Alibi" the perfect Miramar Beach and lake front vacation home with a private pool and quick access to the private community beach.

Every room has been professionally decorated to flow and work together in harmony. The stunning kitchen features granite counters, refreshed open face shelving and brand new appliances. Cook extravagant meals on the professional gas range in this state of the art kitchen, and dine on the extra long custom dining room table. The dinner table will easily seat 10, with 5 additional kitchen bar area seats. You will find a beautifully updated full bathroom by the kitchen entrance which serves to the first floor. The first floor also features a generous living room overlooking the lake, with abundant seating and a 65 inch smart TV over the gas fire place.

Walk out of the double doors straight onto the back deck overlooking the lake and pool. It is the perfect place to grill on the gas BBQ and dine alfresco. The heated pool can be enjoyed year around. We also have a large fully ship lapped first floor bedroom with a king sized bed and built in bunks twin bunks, all outfitted in fine linens. The various custom built bunk beds throughout the home have great features, such as individual lights and outlets for phones and computers. Each bedroom also features plenty of closet space and flat Screen TV's. On the second floor, at the top of the stairs, you will find the laundry center with an extra large washer and dryer, as well as three additional bedrooms. The master suite is simply awe inspiring with its fabulous views, chic design, king Temperpedic mattress and custom luxury linens. You will also find seating, a large smart TV and a private bathroom suite attached to the master. The luxurious Thassos and Carrara marble bathroom has sprawling double vanities, separate extra large walk in shower and a stand alone tub for every creature comfort. Tucked away in a private area by the master closet, is a hidden bunk niche for the kids! The master has a balcony overlooking the pool and large pond.

Just down the hall is a bedroom with two queen beds, a walk in closet, private bathroom, custom linens and a large smart TV!

The final show stopper is a large custom built bunk room that sleeps 10 people, two sets of full over full bunk beds with twin trundles, amazing carpentry! Each bunk has a charging nook and a sconce light for late night reading and telling stories! A wonderful space for children or adults, there is plenty of room for all! There is also a large smart TV for those nights when you just can't fall asleep! The bathroom servicing this bunk room is across the hall. Peek views of the Gulf of Mexico from top floor.

Heat the pool for $55/day!

4 chairs and 2 umbrellas are set up on the beach. Just ask the attendant for My Beach Alibi set up!! Only available March 1 - October 31.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
