The room was clean and bed comfortable. No glasses to drink from. Very poor towels and face cloths. The hotel or inn is in very bad shape, it has been flooded in last seven years and they have tried to repair it but not very successful. No restaurant, it has been closed or never reopened. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

The place was very quiet and comfortable while the ambiance was great. The managers were very friendly and Welcoming. Definitely recommend this place to all the tourists visiting Yellowknife and planning to stay in old town. Cheers!!!

Terrible room, heat was off, didn’t feel clean, slept in my clothes. Worn out towels, no coffee cups. TV was canceled so they had to call provider to get it going again. Had to hunt for staff, he was tending the bar. Not sure why Sheridan attaches their name to this dump. I’ll be staying in La Crete next time

Room smelled of cannabis, room “parts”(curtain rod ends etc.) left as if mid way through maintenance, on check in was told “please wait we will prepare a room for you”. In general the premises was falling apart and in disrepair, dirty, safety strips on stairs falling off…. I was ashamed I paid for such a terribly below par accomodation.

I did not stay at the hotel, as it was too run-down, and I did not receive a refund from Expedia. I will not use Expedia again.

WORST HOTEL. PERIOD. STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY! Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. No front desk staff to check in or out. Major wait until the bartender is avaliable. The food is microwave cardboard & pathetic. The hotel has not been cleaned in YEARS. Dust everywhere. Gross & disgusting. Drive to High Level & stay there!

Had reservations for 2 rooms, showed up and said they were full and didn't have any rooms for us. Next available room was 200 km away. Refunded only part of the original price. Place looked like a dump, almost think I got lucky sleeping in the truck

Room was used up. Reno needed. Mold in the bathroom. No Soap or Shampoo available. Towels are old and Discoloured. Old used up inventory. No wifi Access. No TV, Box was missing.

Arrived for check-in, they had no record of our booking, they were full. Told us our problem was with Expedia. Tried contacting Expedia without any success. Don’t know who the issue was with, but not impressed with the property nor Expedia after 7 hours of driving.

Started off bad as they said they didn’t have our reservation. Place is extremely dirty and never cleaned. Found toenails, scabs, blood on sheets, stains on pillows, dirty fridge, coffee left in pots, soap bars left from previous guest and other people’s trash, grime in shower, dorito crumbs everywhere, facial hair on pillows, no front desk service. Avoid if possible.

Door to room did not lock. Stranger tried entering the room in the night. Lights in the room did not work at all. Air conditioning not working properly. Garbage cans in entrance full and stinky but were emptied by morning. Restaurant not open. No full size bath towels just hand towels. One hand towel was shredded with holes in in it. Its like whoever manages this place does not care.

Motor inn. Watch for bedbugs. And lock your doors. Innkeeper is from the pub. Drunk. so she/he will give you a key with someone in it.

Not a good hotel.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that it didn't appear to have bedbugs. The halls are dark. There's pipes running through the rooms. The doors don't lock behind you (and have a physical key!). To say the hotel is outdated is an understatement since it was outdated 25 years ago. The furniture was held up by milk crates. When I got there they tried to charge me 10% more than the reservation said, and no they don't take AMEX despite saying they do. When I got to the room it appeared to be being used as storage and there was no shower curtain. When I tried to check out, there was no one at the desk and ringing the buzzer and calling got me nothing.
