VERY LOUD. Hotel sits on major throughway in Ft. Smith. Regular traffic is loud. Modified exhaust cars are very loud. Cars with idiotically expensive sound systems shook our windows. Do not expect much sleep. Room good size, bed clean and in okay shape, bath kind of tinky and bare, no vent fan, light above sink never worked but two long florescent bulbs were sitting on a shelf. Location is fantastic for downtown but...did I mention the noise?

This was a gem right in the middle of downtown Ft Smith. Art everywhere. I would stay here again. Clean, friendly staff. Was on my motorcycle and felt safe.

The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price.
