"Very smooth check in and check out. Staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located in Merida Centro, walking distance to Cathedral and plaza. There are some good restaurants within a few blocks from the hotel. The standard room is a decent size with a large bathroom. Hot water, aircon, TV all worked fine. There is a small table and chair. Would have liked another chair! Included breakfast was good, nice sized pool."

"My stay was very peaceful and relaxing. Only comment would be to have more ways to store clothing. The room is very large and could accommodate more storage. Do not use the airport transfer being offered by the owner. It was 3times a charge by Uber. Otherwise i would stay here again."

"One block from the beach, good restaurants, a convinience store nearby. We were there for R&R so this was a great spot. The reason I gave, one particular staff at check-in a poor rating is because I had to argue with the guy to give me the room I had paid for. He wanted to give a room next to the small pool on the first floor although I had paid for ocean view. We argued a bit more and one of his co-workers stepped in and helped resolve and clarify the situation. The two women in the morning get excellent rating. They were helpful, friendly and even recomended a good restaurant the in the town over. Cleaning staff also excellent."
