Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Newly renovated ground level unit with a peaceful patio overlooking the pond. The condo has one bedroom with a king bed and a spacious living room that has a pull out Queen Murphy bed.

A short 5 minute walk to the private beach makes it easy to enjoy the sands of South Hutchinson. Ocean Village (the community) offers a multitude of amenities such as a 9 Hole Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard, and more!

Awesome place and host!!

You won’t be disappointed if you choose this rental. Andrea is an amazing host. She is an excellent communicator and has thought of everything to make the stay easy peasy. She even left us a bottle of wine, snacks, and complimentary toiletries! I have nothing but praise for Andrea and her condo. Great location also.

Wonderfull accommodation and fantastic view!

First experience with VRBO. Andrea is an excellent host. From the beggining to the end, she is always reachable! She did communicate with us before our stay, in the middle and on the day we left her nice condo.She provide most neccesity you need to start a nice vacation. Even a Welcome bag and bootle of wine was available for us when we arrived. Fort-Pierce region have a lot to offer.We look forward to comeback soon to Andrea’s place!

Great Condo in a Great Location

My husband and I loved our stay at Andrea's condo! Its furnishings and nautical decor were beautifully appointed. The king size bed was super-comfortable as was the Murphy bed where our son slept during a short visit with us. The condo was also immaculate and equipped with everything one could possibly need. We enjoyed sitting on the lovely patio overlooking the pond out front as well as watching TV on the sectional under the plush throws left for our use. Andrea couldn't have been a more wonderful or thoughtful host. She was delightful to work with and remained in contact with us during our whole vacation. She was even kind enough to welcome us with champagne, candles, and a balloon in celebration of my husband's upcoming birthday. We can't wait to come again and highly recommend the condo to others.
