* Many communities require HOA application fees which may need to be submitted 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates.
These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current community fees for Partridge Place at The Forest Country Club are $75.00 and $25 per application, $75.00 per background check p.p. and $30 optional barcode fee
