Enter this first-floor condo to a beautifully renovated living area, complete with reclining sofa, reclining chair, and a large smart TV. Siding doors open up to the screened in lanai. An additional sofa in the dining nook is perfect for guest seating and features a pull out bed for an additional guest. The master suite features double vanity sinks in the bathroom, plenty of natural light in the bedroom, and a spacious queen bed to complete this oversized bedroom. Guest bedroom is perfect for a visit from family or friends, featuring its own smart TV. Private detached garage is included.

* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fee for Mandolin Bay are: $150 application fee which include the background check (on-line application).
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

Close to beach and garage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we've rented several years now in the area, but this year it was just my daughter and I, so we were looking for a condo. This was exactly what we needed, clean and close to the beach which is great as we are such beach goers! Having a garage was handy as well, and kept our car cool and clean. The management company was really quick to respond to any feedback/questions we had and pricing was good.
