PARKING: 2 parking spaces are available in the front of the house and labeled with your unit #.

GARBAGE: for long stays, garbage/recycling pick-up is Wednesday morning. Bins are located just inside the fenced-in gates facing the street on either side of the house. They can be left on the street on Tuesday night.

SMOKING: allowed outside. Ash trays located on back patio.

CHECK-IN:
For check-in you'll be given a unique smart lock code to access your private unit, fully equipped with all necessities including laundry, kitchen, bathroom, and appropriate amenities.

Fort Myers Relax and Chill Spot

HOME AWAY FROM HOMEThis property suited our needs. The location is just a bit inland from the beach. The grocery stores are close by. The property was very clean with great appliances. The overall area was quiet & safe.I will stay here again when I'm in the Fort Myers area. Nic was very prompt to answer our questions & easy to work with.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed the thoughtful details like the squishmallows and the variety of reading material. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was comfortable and the place was clean. It was just perfect for our stay. The host was very quick with responses when I asked if we could stay another night. The proximity was close to everything. I highly recommend this rental. baseball tournament/fam vacation

Host Nic was very attentive through the 2 weeks we were there! We stayed in one unit but it is perfect if you have 3 families wanting to stay together because it had three units. Whole unit was updated. All baseball fields were 25mim away. Fort Myers beach was only 5 min down the street. Grocery store right in front and Súper Walmart just 2 min down the road. Highly recommend it if you finding a place stay and plan on exploring the surrounding areas would de did definitely stay here agin in the future.
