Santa Maria 106

Great Condo Association. Making lots of updates. The pool is best on the island. Condo is a bit dated. Need to remove carpet upstairs. Property Management is very responsive. Highly recommend for location to beach.

Santa Maria stay

The condo is very dated, except for the new dish washer that was delivered while we were there. Several things need fixing....sliding screen door, lamps, tv's don't work....But it was clean. I had to wipe spilled water off the floor and the paper towel stayed clean. Plenty of towels, folded in fun ways. Bed linens clean. Master bed very comfortable. Had trouble with the rental agency with our late arrival but they rectified it.

All good

The condo is okay, could stand some updating, but the beds were comfortable, that is very important. Carpet upstairs could be cleaned or replaced, but truthfully the condo was nice for the money.

Tolle amerikanische Wohnung

Wir haben in einer typisch amerikanischen Wohnung gewohnt, niedlich kitschige Details… wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Weg zum Strand war sehr kurz… und wirklich ein toller weißer Sandstrand! Und der Pool in der Wohnanlage ist auch zum akklimatisieren super. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!! Das einzige was zu Beginn nicht so schön war: wir hatten Ameisen in dem unteren Bad. Haben gleich Ameisenfallen gekauft und dann hatten wir Ruhe! Danke , das wir in der Wohnung wohnen durften!

Worst rental ever had

Couldn't use one bathroom for 3days before management company came and fixed the light. No cable for the entire week with a hurricane coming in . No smoke detectors one was removed and the second had the battery removed Wich I believe is code violations, water damage on bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets and counter, wall paper peeling off walls, you only get 1 key to the condo there are 2 other keys 1 opens the storage locker don't know what the 3rd key opens so don't loose the key ! Management company kept saying they would update us on the cable situation but never did unless I called. Will never rent anything that tripower manages ever again!

Great location and condo-NO wifi!!

Great location and condo! However there was absolutely NO wifi which is unacceptable these days. We had to pay extra on our cell phone just to accommodate our needs. Just a couple other picky criticisms. A combination lock should be used instead of keys like many other condos in the area. We didn’t have a car so it was very inconvenient to travel 3 miles to pick up and drop off the keys. Light in one of the bathrooms wasn’t working consistently, fixture should be replaced. 2 out of 3 lamps in the bedroom needed new light bulbs. Property management should be more thorough when turning over unit. The condo itself was nice though. Lots and lots of towels which was greatly appreciated. Conveniently located near the beach and shopping. Great pool as well and very friendly people!!!
