This is a 2br/2ba Penthouse floor unit with direct beach front views. The condo sleeps up to 4 people. As you step inside, you'll immediately be drawn to the expansive views through the double sliding doors from the living room and the double sliding doors in the master bedroom.
Unit 503 is a well-appointed, breathtaking beachfront condo located mid-island on beautiful Fort Myers Beach. The master bedroom features a king size bed with built in closet, nightstands, and TV en-suite bathroom and balcony access. The second bedroom has Twin beds, built in closet, nightstand, and TV. The gourmet kitchen has gorgeous granite counter tops, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffeemaker, and microwave. The living room is tastefully decorated with a full size leather sofa, chairs and TV.This newly remodeled unit with stunning views that will take your breath away. Dining room table seats 4. The lanai accommodates a comfortable patio set overlooking dramatic views of the Gulf of America. Seaside Resort also offers wonderful community amenities, including a sparkling pool, shuffleboard, picnic area with seating and grills, credit card operated laundry is available on-site. One vehicle per unit is allowed. Sorry, no trailers, boats, RV, or motor homes are allowed on the property.

With over 400 varieties of seashells, you can spend hours strolling up and down the beach hunting for the perfect shell.If you really want to feel one with nature Lovers Key State Park made the 10 Most Romantic Places in Florida according to Coastal Living and Travelers Magazine and it is short 3.8 mile drive or trolley ride. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are short drive away (14.2 miles). If you like gators and birds, the The Bird Rookery Swamp is a great place to visit and only 33.3 miles away. I recommend checking out the Edison Ford Museum in Fort Myers situated 16.5 miles from the condo.

Relaxing get away

The condo was fabulous. Clean and welcoming. The view from the balcony was outstanding! Easy to access, friendly people everywhere. The Publix across the street was a huge asset. But the beach, to me the best part, was so wonderful. We saw dolphin, many seashells and othe sunset. I would and will stay again!

Excellent! The only issue was not the property owners fault. Fort Myers Beach is still recovering from Hurricane Ian and there was some work still happening on the beach during the day. It appears they are almost finished with that section of beach. Other than that, it was a perfect 3 day weekend.

Great stay

Perfect location in the middle of the island, across the street from Publix, near all the attractions in Ft. Myers. Very nice stretch of beach and the pool was nice as well. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend for a beach vacation in FL.

Great for a quick getaway

Condo was very clean. Bed linens smelled fresh, which is a plus!

When visiting Ft Myers, I would definitely stay in this unit again. Owners were easily accessible. Many amenities were provided. Location was great.

Fabulous Condo

This condo was great; very clean and all the things you need for the beach. The owner, Karen was attentive too; you can reach her by text and she responds right away. Having the Publix across the street is convenient too. You won't be disappointed in this condo or your stay at Fort Meyers Beach.

Great getaway

My husband and I came down for a getaway without the kids. The property is in a great location to relax and enjoy the beach. Condo description and picture are very accurate. Owners were in close contact to make sure everything went well. We would defintely stay again!

Just a beautiful property

Everything was great. The view from the balcony was just amazing. The condo has everything we needed including beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. Also the kitchen was well stocked. Publix is right across the street which was so nice. The beach is beautiful and condo is clean and everyone friendly. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect vacation

This condo has everything needed for a stress free vacation. If you love swimming in the ocean (I do) or shelling (my husband does) this is the best place to be. Shopping, dining, walking the beach or taking day trips away are all here. The weather, the white sugarlike sand and being steps from the beach, with no undertow are awesome. Highly recommended.

Great Location. Responsive Owner!

We had a 6 day stay with me, my husband and adult son. Perfect location if you want a quiet beach location and convenient to Publix grocery store. Condo was well maintained and had everything we needed. This included beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Only complaint would be pillows were a little to soft for our liking. Karen the owner was very responsive and gave good recommendations on places to eat which was very helpful!

Super Clean and Excellent Location

The condo was very clean and well taken care of. Beautiful view of the beach with a Publix right across the street. The grills were great and easy to use. My boys fished off the beach and caught four fish. We left the pole for the next person to enjoy. Great time! Excellent property! Highly recommend it.

We loved our stay at your condo! The condo was just the right size and the couch looked comfy, although I think the only place I ever sat down was on the lanai overlooking the water. I am definitely missing the sound of crashing waves. Publix located right across the street was a big plus. We enjoyed walking down the beach to the more public areas to eat/drink and then having our more peaceful spot to come back to. We would love to come back again for sure!

Great mid-beach location

We hadn’t been to Ft Myers beach for 15 years when we decided to try it again in this mid-beach location. This spot was much better than staying on the north beach near all the hustle-bustle of the island. Big, beautiful beach with morning dolphin sightings from our fifth floor screened-in lanai. Publix conveniently located across the street. Owner/host very attentive to questions before, during and after our stay. Owner provided beach chairs, sun umbrella and beach towels for our use. Water sports offered nearby, just down the beach. Many beautiful sunsets enjoyed during our 10-day relaxing stay.

Excellent!

We stayed at Seaside 503 for 4 nights in January 2020. The unit was fantastic: clean, nicely decorated, right on the beach. Karen was great - checked in with us every day to make sure everything was going well for us. The unit was furnished with everything we needed - from kitchen utensils to beach towels and chairs. The unit is right on the beach which is clean and wide. The Publix grocery store is literally across the street - couldn’t be more convenient. We’ll be back!

Gorgeous View and Excellent Mattress

Karen’s Seaside condo was perfect for our family of four for our Christmas getaway. The master bedroom has one of the best mattresses I have slept on. The condo is absolutely adorable, the kitchen is well stocked, and everything is neat as a pin. The location is great. It’s far enough away from the craziness of the downtown area to be peaceful and quiet. It is very convenient to have Publix directly across the road. We took advantage of the short walk to have our Christmas dinner at the Bayfront Bistro—it’s well worth the splurge! The complex is well maintained with a lovely pool area and plenty of lounge chairs at the pool and on the beachfront. Karen herself is a great hostess and very accessible by text. We had a delightful stay, and I highly recommended it.

Pool area dirty

Pool area was dirty and no soap in pool washroom. Condo was nice but no water pressure in bathroom sinks. Made is hard to brush teeeth. There was a clock that chimed every hour which was annoying trying to sleep in vacation. But over all nice location.

Ideal Location on Fort Myers Beach

If you want to stay on Fort Myers Beach, it is hard to beat this location which is toward the quieter south end of the island. Access to the widest beach I've ever seen is just yards away across the main street. There is a plaza less than 1 mile away with restaurants and a CVS. There is a Publix about 2 miles away. There are beach bars also within walking distance with live music almost nightly. The house itself was clean and had just about everything we needed. The washer and dryer came in very handy. The pool, though very small, was clean and is cleaned weekly. Wifi service was very good and important to us as my wife worked 3 days. Plenty of towels for bath and beach as well as cooking utensils and dinnerware. We would stay here again if we were to stay on Fort Myers Beach. The north end of the island is much too congested. Expect traffic delays when heading north to the mainland. But there is plenty to do on Fort Myers Beach and nearby Lovers Key State Park to the south.

Paradise Found

Happy to have found this condo!Everything that was convenient to us (2 couples), 2/2, was booked. Lucky enough Karen's beach condo was available. I would rate her as a super hostess. We received all the information timely and accurately. Of course she was a call away if we needed anything. But there was no need. Once we entered the condo, we were surprised to find that it's exactly as listed. It's on the 5th floor, there's an elevator and it has valet carts. The condo is very clean and it had all the amenities. The decor is beachy and tastefully done. It has a screened lanai with beach view. The pool and grounds were well kept. The beach and pool areas have nice beach loungers. Imagine sitting on the loungers under a coconut tree and just enjoying the wonderful sea breeze. Amazing!!! I must also mention that the property has various barbecues which are very clean. The area is safe....I would take early morning walks and collect sea shells. There's also a Publix across the street, no need to drive. I highly recommend this condo...we're certainly returning next year. Enjoy😁

The property is in excellent condition with all the amenities you need in the kitchen. The view for sunset and sunrise was incredible. The pool and surrounding area were nice and very clean. The only downside was the noise from the beach restructuring which was not in control by the owner who was very accommodating to us

Ocean Front Condo

The condo was amazing with breathtaking ocean views. Great pool on-site an overall gem of a property. Location was very convenient with Publix grocery and 2 nice restaurants across the street. Several other restaurants within a 2 mile radius. Hosts were incredible and available at all times. Highly recommend and would stay again!!!

Near Perfect Weekend

My wife and I spent a nearly perfect long weekend at this condo on Fort myers Beach. The condo and grounds have been newly refurbished and updated following Hurricane Ian. The condo overlooks a beautiful, fully reclaimed white sand beach that truly feels like a private beach. There's a Publix across the street and a handful of really good restaurants and bars within walking distance (everything else is just minutes by car). Do yourself and the good people and businesses of Fort myers Beach a favor AND VISIT SOON!

It was PERFECT!!!
