Please note . . . the Fort Myers Beach community has worked tirelessly since September 2022 to recover from Hurricane Ian.

Restoration to some of common areas (elevator lobbies, parking area) are likely to continue through the end of 2025. These hurricane recovery efforts are likely to result in some construction noise during normal business hours.

Public transportation on Estero Boulevard takes you directly to the North end of the island where you will find the lively "Times Square," as well as the new Margaritaville Beach Resort (where it's always 5 o'clock apparently!).

The CVS drug store across the street is rebuilt and open. Publix grocery store (two miles north) is rebuilt and open. The 7/11 with gas station (just two doors down) is open. Restoration of "Santini Plaza" across the street is complete and many businesses have returned, including a coffee shop, ice cream shop, hardware store, liquor store, and gift stores.

We will update this description as things evolve. Meanwhile, the beach is clean, beautiful, and luxurious. The unit includes four beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach-towels for your enjoyment.
